My gf got a broken zipper replaced on a dress. It was pretty cheap and came out perfect. I had to pick it up and they made that easy too. We have a new tailor/seamstress. Happy customer.
My second time visiting this place and when I price shop on their website, the dry cleaning price shows $5.99 per item but when you get to the location they charge you $6.49 instead and they tell you the prices have not been updated in the website and coincidentally, that was what they told me the first time I looked them up online. When are the prices going to be updated is my question and for other patrons who will drive like me thinking they’re paying $1.50 less per item ?
I have frequented this establishment for 3 years since relocation to Fort Myers. Overall, I have had good service however, my last order resulted in a large tear on one of my dress shirts. I was offered, and accepted, a $30.00 gift card for a shirt that cost me $60.00 to replace. I paid using the gift card just issued leaving an available balance on the card if ~$2.00. This in and of itself is not my chief complaint. Upon my next visit I wanted to use remaining balance on the gift card as partial payment and was informed that that was not possible - no split-payments. So, the balance left on the card is unusable and now the compensation for the ruined $60.00 shirt has been reduced to ~$28.00.
I went there and they didn’t even clean the clothes it still smelled like the food I ate before I came there
They took in my clothes and gave me a receipt. Other than that, not much verbal interaction. I upgraded by 1 additional star. The girls who staff the place were much friendlier and interactive.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my very simple satin wedding dress off to have an already existing slit extended. What should have been a simple job turned out to be an absolute mess. I was told that my dress was ready to be picked up and when I got home, tried it on, it was terrible. It didn’t lay flat it had runs from where their needle scraped my satin & there was string hanging out. Not to mention, the slit was the same exact size as when I dropped it off. So $48 later and my dress was ruined. I had to find a different seamstress last minute to fix it and luckily they did. they also said that it looked like the person who did the original alterations didn’t like how the slit looked so they closed it back up. They said they could see marks inside the fabric showing where the slit should’ve been. Also, that when they steamed the dress, their heat was too high and it left markings. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Save yourself the headache and go someplace reputable.
Re:alteration…I picked up two prepaid items, about $40, mistakenly not checking the work before I left. The first was two small seams in the armpits area of a sleeveless top. The darts were sewn in crooked so the seems don’t even match on the outside and the extra fabric was just left like a weird bulky appendage. They look like they were done in about 30 seconds on a machine and not finished. The second was a dress with a built in bra type under part and the same problem, needed it smaller and so they just sewed a seam and left the extra fabric all weirdly bunched up. Would definitely not recommend! I’m going to try my luck at having these re-done. 🤞🏻
Ha! One price?! I don't think so. I drove 30 minutes for nothing. I looked at there website is pricing everything $5.99. Then I get here with 4 jackets and they want to charge me $12 each! Claiming they are heavy winter jackets and the charge more?? Why is it not stated on their website? Oh because if it said $12 then it would be called ONE PRICE. They were not heavy jackets they were the light puffer jackets that hardly weigh at all. Their website states, "To good to be true. It's true." Well it's not. I should of known.
I had something altered while I waited. Excellent service and work. This is also my dry cleaner of choice in Fort Myers. Highly recommended.
Always friendly and fast service. They offer a one price service of $2.95 for many garments but this is a bit misleading. I use a dry cleaner for my dress shirts. They offer this service for $1.99 per shirt. I get medium starch. They add the perfect amount of starch. This location is 6 miles from my home but worth the trip. They also offer alterations and more. I will be back.
Save your money and go to dry cleaner that will actually CLEAN the garments. I received several items back that smelt like my cologne (so essentially just the same as I sent them in) with stains that were removable as I I could literally …
The price is good, but you get what you pay for. I dropped off my pants to have cleaned with the instruction to not pleat them. …
Great cleaners!! Staff is wonderful, Jamela has been extremely nice and professional. Been coming here for 5 years now and always with great service
Loved their services and great prices till they shrank my wool dress pants, all those dollar$ I saved over the last 2 years will have to go toward a new pair of pants. The manager does not offer any compensation for damaged items and the …
Great Service, Friendly, Knowledgable, and Fast!!! I had a formal dress with beading and tulle on it (bridesmaid dress) drycleaned there. It also had a spot on it as well. The dress came out great!!! The beading wasn't messed up, and the …
WHY not 5 stars= Read till end. Best cleaners in mid Fort Myers. Cleaning prices excellent, especially for guys dress shirts (starched). Alterations ""WERE"" reasonable. Men's pant hem were $12. AS of September 2023 = new Tailor Sylvia now …
My experience with Dry Cleaners Fort Myers was fabulous for their brilliant efforts. They always clean my clothes so expertly. They are friendly and very professional. Even they provide full service alterations as well as repairing service …
I brought a pair of pants to get dry cleaned, and a couple of belt loops replaced. The replacement wasn’t exact, but very close. The only issue I have is that it’s cash only for anything under twenty dollars. That’s a big turn off, as I hate dealing with cash. And parking can be a challenge if you have a mid sized sedan.
Excellent work. Needed five of my shirts dry cleaned in 2 days - never expected they would get all done for me, but they had everything done the next day. Would definitely recommend! This is the coolest dry cleaners I had been to.
The only Dry Cleaners in the Fort Myers area with such high ratings! Pleased with my work clothes but was just a little disappointed when I called in to inform I would like to pick up but will be running a little late (I work right down the …
