The owner Jong provides a level of personal service that is so very rare. He is the kindest man with a friendly generous spirit. Absolutely a delight to patronize his business. The quality of dry cleaning and laundering is exceptional as well. He remembers every customer and even remembered us today when we popped in after 10 years! Incredible

Beyond doing an excellent job on all of our dry cleaning, the owner is such a kind person. I was picking up drying cleaning and had just run to the store so I had a few grocery bags, and had my toddler with me. He helped me to my car in the middle of the parking lot and my toddler held his hand the whole time! Superior service!

Top notch dry cleaner. I have been a customer for almost 10 years now and the service is perfect - PERFECT! Never a single issue with dropping off 20-40 shirts and a dozen or so pants in one trip (my usual drop off). Never an issue with spots and all the other dry cleaning issues that can happen. When I found Yes Cleaners I had been trying several in the area looking for one I liked. I'll never forget the first day I walked in and dropped off a few items as a trial run, and then I asked if there was a place I could find coupons. The owner politely said that his shop focuses on quality not quantity, and shops that run coupons are usually all about quantity. I was sold right there - standing behind your price and service says alot. The thing is, the prices aren't even high - I'd say average for a dry cleaner. Lots of cleaners in the area have closed the past several years, but Yes Cleaners survives - that should tell you alot right there.

I’ve taken my clothes to numerous dry cleaners over the years. At some point or another, one cleaner will mess up, and I will decide to take my clothes elsewhere. Mr. Park is by far the best dry cleaner I’ve ever used, not to mention the friendliest. If you are taking your clothes anywhere else, you’re making a mistake.

My first experience was like this - I had a wool sweater I was about to give up and throw away with fuzzy balls all over and worn out. Anyhow, I gave it a try with Yes Cleaner, and surprisingly the sweater came back as good as new from Mr. Jong's care! All fuzzy balls were gone and it looked so neat like almost when I first bought it a couple years ago - I got so many compliments wearing it around, too - it made me so happy and impressed!!! This place surely not only know how to take good care of clothes but customers as well! I like Mr. Jong's gentle smile and consistent services always!

This is a great location for the young professional or someone needing dry cleaning on a tight timeline. Great customer service and works with you for when you need to look your best. I’m only coming here for the foreseeable future!

Friendly staff. They do a great job at dry cleaning shirts. Reasonably priced with a quick 3 day turnaround. Note there is a $20 minimum for credit cards.

Hands down the best Dry Cleaner you will find! Mr. Park is friendly, kind and professional and their work is always just right. I couldn't recommend Yes Cleaners more highly!
