Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience at TumbleFresh Laundry in Hudson, WI, on March 2, 2024. On that day, all the washing machines were out of service. The machines were locked, stuck on the one-minute mark, filled with water, and continuously washing without spinning. Customers, including myself, were trapped, unable to retrieve our laundry, and waited for hours for a maintenance technician to arrive. The laundromat attendant on duty assured everyone that we would receive a full refund and provided "out of service" cards to fill out. Despite completing the card, I never received my refund. I returned a few weeks later and spoke with the same attendant, who shared similar difficulties in contacting management. I filled out another form, yet again, I received no refund. Attempts to contact customer service by phone were unsuccessful, but I recently submitted a form via their online "Contact Us" link. Subsequently, I was contacted by Assistant Sales Support Manager Jack Linn, who has refused to issue my refund of $95 for the incident on March 2, 2024. In our email exchanges, Mr. Linn has not even acknowledged the widespread machine failure that day, the fact that customers were locked in, or the hours we spent waiting for maintenance. The laundromat attendant, who was also present that day, can verify this. I have spoken to the laundromat attendant recently and they promised to get in touch with management again about my refund. Overall, I am very disappointed with TumbleFresh, their customer service, and especially Jack Linn. I would like to note that the laundromat attendant has been consistently helpful, and I appreciate her efforts to assist me.

I was here with my friend and here washer did not remove all the water from here clothes and it aas not overloaded. Then the dryer would not start because it said the door was not shut. She did contact the company via the app and called and have yet to hear back. I personally have never had issues with this location before today. Its very frustrating. I have come here to do some recent laundry and I like there machines, but they need to update all there signage at there locations and in the app to include more information on loading the washing machines with laundry pods and sent booster pods. I also was not a fan on how dirty there bathrooms were as well as main washing and drying area were full of empty cleaning supplies boxes and bags.

This place was so clean and amazing! I came to clean all my large patio cushions and everything fit in the machines, the place was so clean and was pretty quick! Totally recommend, not what I was expecting going to a coin laundry.

This wash and dry place is very interesting. Very modern clean with a fresh aroma of laundry and wide open space and large flat screen TVs, comfortable chair and folding tables and laundry baskets all over the place. I also down loaded the app giving me an additional 10% off. Machines are all new and in working order. And they also sell single load laundry powder and bleach packs. Overall very nice place to do your laundries. The only thing that I don’t like is that they put a $20 hold for EACH! transaction you do each time that they say it will be refunded back to you . I had three transactions and they put $60 on hold! That I don’t like since it will not allow you to use the money if you needed until it is released back to your account thus is taking 2 stars away from this review

Great laundromat! Always clean. Plenty of working machines. Great hours and location in town. I recommend trying it out. I was also surprised with a 50% off discount on my machines tonight!

DO NOT RECOMMEND, will not give refund when their machines malfunction. Take your money elsewhere.

We own a VRBO business and wanted to share a huge thanks. We did an entire home of laundry, bedding in 1.5 hours. One improvement would be to have handicap push button door entry and egress at your facility. I'm a disabled Veteran and have that would have been very much appreciated.

Newer machines which offer coin, card, or app gor payment. No in-person attendant for assistance

I'm starting to understand the way they do things, I thought I was being charged more, but I wasn't. I was charged exactly what I put in, and I like this place. The dryer gets hot enough to get my clothes and blankets dry without having to put more change in the machine. Thank you, tumble fresh!!!

Visited the Hudson WI location on Saturday 10/19/2024. Used 3 machines that cost $10 a load. Each time I swiped my card it said "please re-swipe." I re-swiped my card and the machine started. Checked my bank account on Sunday and see I was charged $20 a load. There was a pending $20 refund listed. I ended up paying $70!!! to do 3 loads of laundry. I have contacted the company regarding the excess charges. This place is a total rip-off and scam. Do not use this facility unless you want to be overcharged! Looking file a complaint with the BBB

Really clean, decent prices and an awesome little lounge with snacks and kids games. Definitely my favorite laundromat in the area ❤️❤️

This location is always clean, comfortable and has great hours for those of us that work late. Plus the app is easy to use and eliminates the burden of carrying around a ton of quarters. Thank you for keeping a clean and inviting location! I also wanted to add that the bathrooms were so clean, which is a nice surprise for a laundromat.

Small clothes folding tables. Over charge on the dryer, it has a $2.75 minimum and your clothes are dry with 15 minutes left on the machine. The sign thinks we're in Minnesota.

Very clean, with many sizes of washers and dryers. Liked the high-top table and chairs that included power plugs for laptop and USB chargers. Clean bathrooms, and a vending area in a quiet room. Prices were high on machines, but I guess it is what it is nowadays.

The place is so clean and well maintained but what made my experience over the top was Angela . She was very polite and so helpful with downloading the app and help me operate the machines. Not often you find such customer services THANK YOU ANGELA!
