They destroyed one of my favorite limited edition jackets, not sure how because I've had others similar to it gone through dry cleaning with no issues . It's almost like it wasn't actually dry cleaned but thrown through a hot water cycle. Unacceptable. Darker jacket is what it's supposed to look like. It also feels completely different

Shrunk my dry clean only shirt so I left a voicemail message two weeks ago on their phone and it seems like no one gets back to you. Disappointed because it was my favorite shirt and now it doesn’t fit? :/. You’d think they wouldn’t use convention drying and make such a mistake.

I’ve been using this establishment for many years and have always found the employees absolutely lovely. However could someone please reach out to me by email or phone regarding my trousers. I picked them up last week and realized only this week the buckle was removed . I’ve attached photos. Attachment one is how they normally look And attachment two shows my trousers. As you can see, it is missing the buckle . Thank you !

This place is a complete rip off. There are no signs displaying the prices I put my clothes in the machine two weeks later. I pick them up still no charge after I put my credit card in then I see my banks app showing me the $74.00 charge. 4 pieces of clothing. There was a lady working in the back when I first went there she said it was $2.50 per item and they are the cheapest cleaners in town! This place is a scam.

No clear prices or humans you can ask questions about cost. I ended up leaving because I saw reviews where a customers was charged $70+ for a single pant. NOPE

I was surprised when I walked in and saw an automated system replace the old ‘walk up to the counter and speak with someone’. Which is my preferred method especially in these overwhelmingly mechanized times. That said; it was fairly easy to work the touchscreen and follow along with the prompts. There’s also a ‘help’ function which sends a call through to a human who can further assist. Text messages confirm the transaction and subsequent updates are sent once it’s ready for pickup. If I remember correctly it also only accepts electronic payments. It may take a few tries but once you get the hang of it it’s rather convenient! The garment laundered was also very well handled!

This business is completely out of touch with reality. The prices are absurd, and the service is beyond disappointing. There is absolutely nothing special, unique, or even remotely impressive about what they offer. Whoever set these prices has no grasp on value or customer experience. If management had any sense, they’d overhaul their entire approach immediately. There is no reason to spend a single dollar here. Avoid at all costs.

Victoria puts customer service first and has been pleasant and welcoming every time I drop off or pick up. She has gone out of her way to make accommodations for me any time I’ve asked for assistance or special care for my garments. I would highly recommend this location. They take care of their people and the new 24/7 hours with automated drop off and pick up make life so much easier.
