The Laundry Room is at a good location on Washington Street in West Monroe for me. It is air-conditioned in the Summer and heated in the Winter months. The Lady that workes there during the day keeps it clean and is very kind. They also have a change machine for the quarters that you need. I highly recommend it and they also have a drop off Laundry Service where you drop off your Laundry at your convenience and pick it up later for a very reasonable fee. Over the years I have been very satisfied with their business.

Cheapest per load in town and fairly clean. Don’t get me wrong there is much nicer but you get what you pay for and I prefer to not spend $100 doing laundry

Great prices starting at $2.50 all the way to huge washing machines and huge dryers as well. Minimum for dryer and then, while it is still drying add a quarter (25 cents) it will put an extra 5 minutes. Clean place. Clean bathrooms. Administration is there until 5pm. Open 24 hours. Great location!

It was really messy and extremely hot inside. The soda machine cost $2 a drink which is outrageous. But the machines work ok and there's lots of cameras so I guess u could feel safe

Polly makes this place great. I drop my clothes off in the am, and she has them ready that afternoon. Very inexpensive. I have paid 6x's as much at other laundromats to have my clothes washed, and tossed in a bag. She folds everything nice and neat.

Place is always clean, machines are in order, TV to watch, snacks and drinks available at a reasonable price, and during regular daytime business hours an attendant is present to wash your laundry charging reasonable rates.

Would be nice if it was open 24 hours storm hits and it's shut down. Also needs to make sure the coin machine is always working. I've been there several time and it's out of order.

Called and asked about wash and fold, was told yes. The lady even accompanied my schedule to wash clothes. She asked how I wanted them and did as asked. Polite, curious, efficient. I will return.
