The most of the laundrys doesn't works there because they said the system it's down and the lady who's working on Sundays she is very unpolite with the customers. I give 0% and don't recommend doing your laundry there.
This place is here to set you up for failure. Waiting on our washing machine to come in and forced to use public laundromat. Not only is this place outrageous on their prices, almost $60 to do 4 loads, it's disgusting. 50% of the washers are out of order forcing customers to use more of the smaller washes. I am appalled this is allowed to operate in this manner. Thankfully we only needed it for 2 weekends. I'm very saddened for those that are here as a regular necessity. They are definitely taking advantage of those in need. The owners and the operators should be ashamed of themselves. It's blatant fraud of the every day citizens. Disgusted. Then the card I just purchased today is not working. I was able to do the washes and not the dryers, it also would not work in the check balance/add money machine. At least $10 left. Nothing they can do said the worker. Compounding the disgust for these owners/ operators.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s giving… fresh socks and financial peace. Laundry World? Oh, she’s that girl. I walked in with a basket full of shame and came out feeling like I had my life together. First off, this place is cleaner than my browser history — spotless floors, no mysterious puddles, and not a single rogue sock monster lurking in the corner. The machines? Sleek, modern, and gloriously not coin-operated — which, honestly, felt like time travel. No more playing “guess which gas station still has a quarter machine.” Just tap your card and boom, you’re laundering like a boss. It’s giving affordable luxury. Prices are super reasonable, even when you’re doing that “I let laundry pile up for 3 weeks and now I live at the laundromat” kind of load. Plus, everything is laid out so intuitively, I actually felt like I knew what I was doing (for once). There’s something oddly empowering about folding your laundry in peace while 200 dryers hum in harmony. Laundry World might not solve all your problems — but your shirts will be wrinkle-free while you figure the rest out.
Won’t let me wash my washable rugs. WTH the laundry instructions say to use a heavy duty front load machine. Pretty sure they have those and I’ve cleaned them in such machines before.
The LAST time I ever come here I was doing my laundry in unit number 80 at 5:05 PM on May 3rd. One of the facilities workers (he was wearing their standard red vest) came up to my machine. I had my container of laundry pods sitting on the top of it and I left it open (my fault I know). But this employee actually put his hand in there, took out a SOLID handful of pods and put them in his empty container of OxyClean he was walking around with. Straight up stole my laundry pods after I paid $8.50 to WASH (not dry) a load of laundry. Unbeleivable. Beware people. There are better spots in the area. Update: I forgot to mention that just a few minutes before that incident someone tried to sell me an electric razor so that he could "get a room."
Good laundry mat. Machines wash clothing decent. Lots of available machines. Only don't bring your coins as the machines are card preload by cash or credit/debit only. Also no convenient place to park and unload and load.
This place is really clean, roomy and they have a laundry attendant always on staff there. Which is a big plus for me. Now the down side is they have at least 40+ washers and dryers “out of service”. And this has been over a month now and each visit there is more added to that “out of service” list. And the card dispenser machine, where you can add value to laundry cards always give you issues… so frustrating. 😩 Management needs to pay their service company to fix these issues asap or invest into hiring a new service company.
first time here. I usually do my laundry at the coin operated mat on 30. Never again! Tons of seating, tons of machines, vending for snacks and soaps, very clean. Card system was great (once I figured it out lol). Cost me about $13 for 3 big loads and $1.50 to dry for 36 minutes. It closes at 10 which is a little inconvenient since I usually work 12-10:30 but I’ll sacrifice part of my day off to go here from now on I guess haha.
I go outside to grab my clothes hamper (I keep it in my car while my clothes is in the machines so that it's out of the way of the staff/customers) and they locked us out. The lady kept repeating, "We close at 10, we close at 10." Yes, ma'am, I understand. That's why I'm trying to get my clothes out of the dryer and into my car before you close. I'd prefer not to keep you here extra time.
Always have open washers and dryers each time I've been there. Very helpful staff. Clean. Nice place!
