Owner very friendly and helpful. I used the new large capacity washers and was very impressed with the. laundry cleanliness is one of the better laundromats we found our travels.
This is my favorite laundromat in town for a few reasons: 1. The prices are reasonable. It’s $2.50 for a smaller load, $3.50 for a moderate one (essentially all my laundry for the week), and $4.50 for a large load. 2. John (the owner) and the other lady who works here (his wife?) are really nice. They primarily speak Korean, but they always smile and say, “Hi! How are you?” when I get there. 3. It feels pretty safe. They have cameras and John is vigilant about telling anyone who comes in off the street that they can’t hang around and ask people for money (Maya came in once and asked people for money a couple months back but she left soon after and I haven’t seen her since). My perception that this is a safer laundromat seems verified by the fact that I’ve seen young women come in here by themselves to do laundry. 4. There’s a decent amount of seating and there are a bit of tables to fold laundry on (and also do work on with my laptop while I wait). 5. They always play Christian music from K-Love. It’s not what I typically listen to, but it reminds me of my childhood so it’s a nostalgic little part of my laundromat tradition. I also imagine that the music helps to set a vibe that promotes a safer and more calm environment. So while it’s not my favorite music, it’s what I would choose if I owned a laundromat. It can get busy starting at 10 or 11 and the washer type you want may not be immediately available after that. So I typically try to get there a little early before the rush.
This was my very first time visiting this establishment and wow wow wow! I will indeed be giving them my business everything was A plus the customer service was like A plus 100% they are a jewel to the city of Winston Salem I'm going to dirty up some more clothes just for the experience of going to this business. Have a happy bless spiritual encounter with the holy spirit of God/Yahweh/Elohim/Yeshua/ the great I am that I am. Peace my brothers ans sisters.
Clean nice place but they have closed their restrooms so I had to leave to find somewhere to use a restroom. Not very convenient for us older folks. Will not ever be going back.
I took my comforter here after an unfortunate encounter with a visiting friend's dog... The comforter was back clean, fresh, and folded in just a couple of hours. The attendants were very kind and helpful. Grateful for this great local service!
Old school owner present independent laundry with helpful staff. They do full service, just drop off 2 suitcases of dirty laundry and return to clean folded and bagged fresh clothes. Clothes were cleaned same day dropped off at 2 ready by 5pm. The interior is also spotlessly clean which is always a big plus.
This laundry center is awesome! I have her do my clothes because I do not own a washer/dryer. I plan to move out of an apartment and figure it can wait till I get settled somewhere permanent. Now I prefer my clothes be done by her. She is kind and always greets me with a big smile. 😊 …
Closed early with my clothes inside building and it clearly state closed 8pm. Just stupid, Customer
This is the only place I will allow to do my laundry. It's very convenient to have someone else wash, dry, and fold your laundry and they are the best at it. If you hate doing laundry like I do I'd definitely use their service. Fast & friendly. They really are the best!
Do not use wash and fold services as you will be overcharged. They dont tell you that as opposed to $15 for 15 pounds, you will pay $15 per blanket. I was just charged $48 for 3 blankets, 2 of which were 4 x 6 throws.
