Great place. chill vibe, and the washers and dryers are clean and well maintain. Floors are very clean as the worker there mopped l, and took out the trash she was very friendly, and made sure to acknowledge everyone there. The bathrooms was also very clean, and it has WIFI and Television if you want to stay inside and wait for your clothes. They have snacks behind the counter to purchase, also have a coin exchange machine to get quarters, and detergent and fabric sheets to purchase. There is even away to pay online as well. Overall very impressed with this place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this great, clean place again after 20 years—and it brought back a lot of memories. I used to come here regularly two decades ago, and I still remember how helpful and kind Sussie always was. She made a lasting impression. Coming back after all this time, I was happy to see the place still well-maintained and welcoming. I couldn’t help but wonder what happened to Sussie and whether her family is still involved in running it or if they’ve since passed it on. Either way, it’s clear that the care and quality remain. A nostalgic and refreshing stop—I’m glad I came back.

We were so happy to find this place while our washer was out of commission. It has new machines, is clean, convenient, with fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Ms. Karen is always working hard to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied with their laundry needs, be it a drop off or self service! Love coming to do my laundry at this wash house! Drop off service is also available while staff is on duty. First come, first serve!

I went here and my kids were with me. One of them did something near the window where the laundry attendant is. She yelled "get away from the window im closed". She sounded terrified. It was an older lady with red hair. I don't know her name. No one touch the window. The washers and dryers can get 5⭐️.

I would give it zero stars but I can't. I am very as the so called owner started yelling at me and my kids which they are only 2 years old saying that they were running around and getting the place dirty which we had just walked in not even 5 minutes in being there. She started insinuating that all of us Hispanics are the same. She started yelling at my kids as well which that upset me the most. she kept saying that she was going to call the police on me and my kids because my kids were running around. I don't know her name she stated that she was the owner white older lady blonde hair. I will not be coming to this place or any of this laundromat here in Marshall Texas. This was one of the worst experience ever she treated as bad very racist. Like I said if I could give it a zero star I would.

Very clean, well lighted, restroom clean, plenty of washers. Thing is, my new washer installed..I kind of will miss going to washerteria..o ly time ALL laundry folded. But it the people I will miss. The clients are all so nice and friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going to this laundromat for years. Ms Karen is always so nice she has never changed. She keeps it clean and is always attentive. She loves giving the little kids suckers.
