Wash World on Leesburg Rd

I don’t know what’s happened to this place, but this will be the last time I come here. For the past several months something is always wrong with the machines. Today washing machine #24 stopped working and left all of my clothes with suds. Dryer #24 kept saying error no vacuum. I’m tired of losing money in these machines. I even called and left a message the last time I was here to get a refund on the $6 machine and of course I was never called back. I dont like giving away my money just for fun. Fix your machines—all of them. And I won’t even go into the homeless man who came in and harassed me and my children when we were the only ones here. This happened back in November, the week of Thanksgiving. It was very uncomfortable and there was no one around.

Nice facility. Not crowded early on a Saturday. I may go back if my personal machine does not get fixed soon.

The past two years this place has went down. Majority of top dryers do not work, I even started putting less clothes in although I’ve been washing and drying the same way for years. @ least 6 of the dryers stop mid drying, never gets fixed; I know I go every week for the past 6 years. Never any refunds when you put multiple quarters in to have them still damp and have to move them to another dryer. I now see this as a rip off

The washers were quick but did the job like I expect from a commercial washer. Heavy duty dirt and stains all came out even though it was a quick wash. The dryers were hot and dried my comforter in 16 minutes! The place was clean and well lit. Would highly recommend to others!

My job requires me to travel ALL THE TIME so I'm constantly looking for a good laundromat and I can honestly say THIS place is simply AMAZING! Super clean, machines always work properly so I don't have to guess or wonder if it's just gonna eat my money or not even fill with water and actually wash my clothes. The attendant here is such a sweet sweet lady. So I didn't find a good laundromat, I found a SUPERB laundromat.

Very clean and well maintained. Employee/owner here (not sure) is very kind as well. Decent prices. The extra large dryers are such a plus because they obviously dry faster with more space to fly around lol

Lady who works there is lovely, place is clean-- the machines are a bit wonky. For instance my dryer for my delicates started where I put it at low, then mysteriously changed to high, and couldn't be put back to low. Otherwise the place is quite nice and I certainly would return.

The dryers get mad hot for the low but its not like other wash worlds. The attendants at this location rarely have access to cash (to break bills) and the doors have to be pulled rather than the optional push (when carrying heavy baskets its hard to pull a door & easy to push a door). They say there is free wifi but there is no posted info on how to connect fyi

It was clean and seemed to be very well managed. Plenty of LARGE machines for the big loads and smaller ones for those small loads. Lots of carts to move laundry from washer to dryer to folding tables. Tables were very clean and situated throughout.

Clean place and at a good price we typically are in and out in just over an hour, have never had to wait to use a machine no matter what time of day and typically we come on Sundays! I do wish that the WiFi password was posted somewhere since there are multiple signs saying that it’s available.
