Decent little laundry spot with a very lovely crew. I actually had a much better experience at the across town location but the prices are great and the machines work wonderfully.

Great place! super clean very friendly people working there. would def recommend. Also. it’s next to a lot of shops so you can eat or shop while you wait.

We had dry cleaning done. They treated everything perfectly. They were polite and friendly. They offer a military discount. And the owner and staff were absolutely amazing. They are the best locally!

I have been coming here for a few years now and it's always a great experience thanks to Maria. She is working everytime come in and is always so nice! We won't go to any other laundry mats. :)

Pleasant environment and helpful staff. Price is extremely affordable and would recommend to friends and family visiting Ft Walton beach. Will save for future visit to Fl and in need of laundry services.

The staff there are always helpful, patient and pleasant. The laundromat is clean, and now I don't have to collect quarters, each machine accepts credit cards! And they also have huge machines for my big California king size blankets! Always have a nice experience there. Maria helped me today, it was just a reminder, that the trip there is worthy!

Fast and easy drop off. Had my 5 items done in 3 days with some stains which were all removed. 4 stars because cost of cleaning shirts was high

*Update* I'm very pleased to say that the owner contacted me to make this right. I appreciate the call I honestly didn't expect anything to come of this review. I'm very grateful for being treated like a loyal customer! I've been going to this laundrymat for many years. This last year I am sad to say that I have to report I am no longer satisfied with the services and I will have to find somewhere else to go. I'm a local business owner too and I do not agree with the how this facility conducts business. If I did these things to my customers I wouldn't retain them either! * Charge $3 extra for oxy clean! The whole tub of OxiClean doesn't cost but $12. So I'm paying for a quarter of a tub in one visit! * $5 for an extra dry cycle on top of the original wash and dry service. I've never been charged for any such thing, until today. I was confused as to how all of a sudden the very same thing I've brought over and over and over required an extra drying out of nowhere! * Texting service doesn't work and they blame my carrier for me not receiving the texts anymore. I showed them numerous times that there is nothing blocked on my phone and I verified nothing is wrong with my carrier. * They tried to charge me extra for a larger size piece than what I have and then questioned me when I told them what size it was like I was lying. Really??!! Like I would lie about what size bed I have. * Went up on prices without any posted notice. You just get hit with it when you check out. * Having to stand and wait for the staff to come back from Starbucks to assist you. That was definitely an unexpected experience to say the least..

Maria was amazing with the wash and fold. Great service!! :) The machines were working and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Roxanna assisted me with my laundry at total laundry at the fort Walton location. She was very professional and got my stuff ready in record time. Amazing place, even better customer service. Recommend 10 out of 10
