I first came in to Rockwood Cleaners in New Albany on September 10. I brought in a 2-piece mens suit that needed cleaning and pressing, as well as repair of a fallen hem to the left leg. David greeted me at the Counter and made me feel very welcome. I met a couple of the alteration specialists there. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I received an email from the owners, Bobby and Justin of Rockwood Cleaners letting me know my item was ready for pick-up. I was delighted to see David and the alterations staff again. I called at 8:00 am for repair of my suit pants, brought them in and asked if they could be repaired by the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could be done the same day, and I was able to pick them up after 4:00 pm. The staff was very friendly and the repairs were expertly done. I have already recommended Rockwood on E. Johnstown Road to my son and daughter in law for alterations. Well done!

We tried Rockwood service for the first time and brought in about 20 items. After inspecting our clothes when we got home, we were not satisfied with the quality of their service. The owner contacted us the next day and apologized. They picked up our clothes the following day, redid everything, and delivered within that day. I am highly impressed with their proactive customer service. I originally rated them low based on our initial impression, but how they handled our complaint was top notch so I now give them a 5 star rating.

I brought in a king sized hand-crocheted intricate bedspread that has a tremendous amount of sentimental value to me. I was very nervous to have it dry cleaned. The owner was very friendly and talked me through the process making me feel extremely comfortable. When it picked it up, the bedspread looked beautiful! The young lady who helped me was courteous and friendly. My overall experience was amazing! I will bring any other dry cleaning I have to Rockwood and highly recommend them. Five Stars for sure!

What an amazing job. Was referred to somewhere else first and they were going to take 2 plus weeks to get my stuff done. Came here and they were not only able to sew on my patches onto my military uniform, but let out my pants, and clean and press my other uniforms and suit and have it back to me in 2 days. I was nothing but impressed by the attention to detail and the turnaround. Prices were very decent for the work and the quick time. This will be my go to cleaner for the future. Thank you so much!
