Spirit Valley Laundry

This place is wonderful and the service is outstanding, loads of love has helped many people in need and it's an amazing resource for a lot of people myself included.

Spirit valley is such a loving and respectful family that go out of their way to assist you someone is always there to assist you in case something is happening to the machines

So clean and staff was friendly!! All of the machines worked great and the staff was able to give me coins for cash. This was a perfect spot to quickly do my laundry on the road and get some work done while I waited.

They close at 6pm now so if you work days you can't get your laundry done any more here. Have to find a new laundromat that's open later.

While working in Duluth I stopped by to do laundry. The staff was very helpful, professional and genuinely friendly. I opted for the drop-off laundry service. One item was torn when I dropped it off and when I picked it up an employee (Julie) suggested that they repair it. I agreed and that repair was skillfully done. Ashley, Julie and all the others who work there are the best! I highly recommend this business.

It's clean and the manager is very helpful. The only problem I've had is my quarters getting stuck twice. Make sure you give the quarters a good push when putting them in the machines. If you just let them drop they might get stuck. This is the only place I do my laundry. If the employees were rude I wouldn't come back. If anyone complained about rudeness, I think it may have been nothing more than the person just didn't appreciate the employees personality. She may not be the overly warm motherly type but she is friendly and helpful. That's good enough for me. Some people expect business owners and employees to kiss their butts these days or they complain. Get over yourself.

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would. Exceptional service. Clean facilities great people. I don’t know what else to say but if your looking for a place to wash stuff just go here.

This place offers anyone with an ebt card 2 FREE loads a week every Tuesday. Doors open early. the last free washer must be loaded by 11am tho. Please try not to wait til 10:45 tho. . I could tell its becoming problematic for staff. It's dead all morning and 20 ppl walk with 10 mins to last load huge loads each. Remember most places that offer these opportunities for ppl, do it to help and dont make any profits for doing the work. And they dont decide program hours nor funding costs either. They just take what they can get to run the machine and help provide a service. Lets not make it so stressful on Tuesdays that they stop wanting to help all together. Detergrnt, dryer sheets provided, super friendly and helpful staff, dont cram huge washer loads tho....the dryers will not have the time to dry it all and you'll end up like me last week... head home to hang wet clothes round house to dry for 2 days (completely my own fault 😆) On the bus line too. Stay Strong, safe n sassy! And. ..did you laugh yet today?

The majority of the staff is awesome. They will help you figure out what size washer to use ( saves you money) and how to operate it properly. The other reviews about a rude manager have some truth to it. Its just that she doesn't realize she is being rude. She is very helpful but comes across rude. It is clean and filled with beautiful plants. A months worth of laundry done in two hours.

Decent sized, locally owned laundromat. Fair prices on their machines. They offer clothing repair, laundry services, and dry cleaning (not certain about dry cleaning tho). Right next to plenty of places to eat while you wait.
