When you give them your name they try to remember it without writing it down while you're waiting for them to do so. That definitely saves waiting time while you're at their door. And they're doing something that I certainly can't, especially when you have a last name that's complicated to spell. Very impressive. They send you a text the very next day to let you know the garment is ready for pick up. I had already forgotten that I took them the garment!

I was working in the courthouse when leaned against a freshly painted wall. I had paint covering the entire sleeve of my suit jacket. I left the courthouse and immediately took the jacket to Watkins Cleaners. They indicated that they would use a cleaning process that would wet the garment and hopefully remove the paint. After a day or so I was contacted that the garment was ready but upon pickup found that the paint still covered the sleeve. After a little online research and reading of reviews, I took the jacket to Utopia Cleaners in Crestline. The staff were friendly and informative and seemed confident that they could solve my issues and in less than 24 hrs. I received a text that my jacket was ready. Upon arrival I found the paint stains to be completely gone. The staff is super knowledgeable about what they do and the experience was top notch. Great Job!

Utopia is the best dry cleaning service we have ever experienced. We love the way our clothes are cleaned and pressed. Some of our favorite features of Utopia are: the drive thru window, especially during this past cold winter, the text when your clothes are ready to be picked up, personalized bags to drop clothes off, and the trustworthiness of leaving a credit card on file to bay bills. Everyone is nice who works at Utopia and they even ask if they can give our dog a treat. We are new to the area, and we are customers for life.

Very friendly and great customer service. Turnaround time was within 24 hours, which I greatly appreciate. My child’s band uniform looks fabulous after a thorough cleaning. Highly recommend!

Utopia cleaners in Crestline is not only reliable, fast, and skilled, but they have great prices!! I’m always amazed how fast they have it back to me and it’s always cheaper than I think it will be. Plus I love the staff!

I’ve tried multiple dry cleaners in town and Utopia is far and away the best. The clothes are cleaned on site, they don’t come back smelling like migraine inducing fragrance, and the customer service is top notch. My clothes are always returned wrinkle free and well-hung. They were also able to get a makeup stain out of a white dress jacket sleeve. The turnaround is very quick and I always get notified via text. Other places I’ve tried- forget to text me that my clothes are ready for pickup. Use strong perfume and denied they were doing it even though you could smell it 20 feet from the building. Hung up my cardigans wrong and gave them shoulder nipples. Returned suit jackets completely wrinkled. One even had employees that were clearly on meth. So after all of these bad experiences with other providers, Uptopia Cleaners is literally Utopia.
