I am not sure if the people who are saying the front desk reps are rude are reviewing the right place. I have never seen a front desk rep there. I like this laundromat. The big washers are still $5!!! I can get my quarters to wash and dry. The dryers dry completely and pretty quickly. The only 2 issues I have of which one has to do with the customers. They will take your seat even if they saw you sitting in it. Now that it is warm, I Will just sit outside. The other is the parking lot. It is always jammed packed and people like to park anyway they want. Still a five star business imo!

Well when you have posted on your door that last load has to be in by 10:30 but you got your lights off in the doors locked at 9:00 don't sound like you're living up to what your business is supposed to be doing

The worst place ever I washed my clothes in and I did in all over Us .Very rude staff not even speaking English. If I could I would give 0 stars.

the hours of operation posted are merely a suggestion. don't expect them to be open when they say they will be.

Absolutely wonderful laundromat. From only about 10 seconds upon entering the front door I was very welcomely greeted. Upon bringing my second load of clothes in to wash the wonderful lady was getting the door for me. We chatted a bit while here. I'm very pleased with my whole laundry experience today. Very clean EVERYTHING!! Affordable washer and dryer, easy to use. I'll be back. 😁

The people at the front desk are RUDE and don’t let you talk. We got there as the same time as another person who is also only drying their clothes and didn’t let us in with them and said they’re closed. And said “we let them in because they got here earlier” when we got there at the SAME TIME!

having used this laundromat previously i have found it to be clean, affordable and the machines are efficient. i arrived at just before 1030pm, all my stuff is wash only, i don’t need the dryer, your posted closing time is 1200 midnight and yet the attendant is standing over another customer as he is folding clothes from the dryer stating that this is the last customer and that you are closed, granted i may have cut it really close to last call but being as this was a wash only situation and that there are several baskets to wash i’m guessing you just lost over $25.00 in cash revenue because your attendant decided he didn’t want to stay bere til midnight , no hard feelings but based on my interaction just now it will be a while before i return, if i ever return

I took a friend here to do laundry. She lives it. It is older and could use some updates but that is all cosmetic. This place has air conditioning, it is very clean and the woman running it in the daytime is very nice and helpful. I didn't use these services but they are available. They have a change machine, they have a vending machine for soaps and such and they have a wash and fold service, they have carts to move your clothes from washer to dryer and they have seats and tv's. The place we were using had none of the above. For me and my friend this place is a win win for us and we will be back every other Friday.

First time there wasn't so great. Kids playing on the money game. Needed to throw something away but didn't see the garbage cans until rudely shown by the young attendant who was mad cause when I saw one in the office the door was open so I walked in to throw it away. I was unaware a customer was standing in front of it. Shame on me. Hell, I could've just thrown it on the floor like others do. Not much seating as well. My second time was way way better. The attendant was super nice and friendly. Extremely attentive. Still need more seating.

Clean, enough dryers to facilitate their # of washers! Quick! I git an entire load washed and dried in 45 mins!! Convenient less then a minute from twin oak apartments! Highly recommend!! My new favorite place to do laundry!! :)
