Had horrible experience with employee talking right in front of me with customer that she knows, saying why I don't look there way,and smack talking about me, I was trying to fold my clothes, and they just come near me to smack talk me it's horrible, just because I mind my own business,and don't give them attention,she should be doing her job,not talking smack about customers,I actually don't know who, because I mind my business and not being there talking smack about people,but it was a sat or Sunday I don't really remember,but I know that she has people around there, always talking and not working,there's even guys there that know her and they be also smack talking about me for not looking there way it's horrible and annoying just trying to Wash and fold my clothes, can't even do that in peace

This place is terrible with service. I am currently writing this review as i an still here waiting for help. So my 100lbs machine says cycle done but the water is still in the machine. It wont do nothing else. I been knocking at the employees door for over 30 mins and i have not had any help. I called and no one is answering. Now im stuck with my covers just soaking in water. Once again i am still here trying to get help. Terrible service i want my money back and more. Its crazy how there is no one here to help me at all. Oh and i out those cones down It is 12:07pm After about 45 mins of waiting. The lady walked in and told me she needed to take her lunch while no other employee was here. Big red flag because something serious could of happen to a child or an adult and no one was present. The worker in here treated my concern like hey “i needed to eat so deal with it “ kind of attitude. I am a respectful adult and how this situation was handle was very much out of line. I will forsure do more than make a complaint becuz how badly i was treated after patiently waiting for a worker . So i guess its cool to leave a whole business with no workers at all present just to go eat. Oh and the best thing the lady could do for me is do another wash wit the clothes tht been already sitting for over 45 mins after done which leaving me to wait another 30plus mins here all becuz she wanted to eat lunch. Tht is all they could offer me after this terrible service.

While I was putting my clothes in the washer someone swiped my card from on top of the washer. When I asked the clerk to see who stoled my card he immediately said no. I got robbed for $12 left on my card. Plus they don't speak very calm to black fokes and this is my second time complain about the problem. The 1st complaint was that my card wouldn't work from Long Beach location Coin Less Laundry now The Los Angeles location people can get robbed. Don't go here African Americans because they don't speak English out accommodate your money and service. And ppl stay parking their car at the front entrance the whole time. I just took my wet clothes and went home. This place is trashy

Clean and dryers dry your clothes and the ladys that work in there are awesome I have not washed in my building no more Wow now your prices are getting unmanageable I would really hate to have to find someplace else

This place is very clean but too pricey what made me leave this place was the fact you can’t take the baskets out to your car to put your laundry in them this is a problem especially when you don’t have a lot of parking

Decent laundromat but last wash is at 8:30 pm which isn't great. Washers and dryers and overall place is clean though which is nice. Other than the hours they are open until....no other complaints!

Service for restroom was so bad couldn't find the employees, my son had to go outside . The lady was acting like she had a problem with me for not speaking Spanish smh.

Modern up to date washers and dryers, there are no single load washers here only multiple loads if I remember correctly drying is free with house wash.

The fact that they are open 24 hrs a day is really a great thing because I'm not a big fan of going to the laundromat during the day when it is super packed and just super rowdy....plus my routine is actually sleep until until 1-3pm, because I don't usually go to bed until around 6am. I just prefer to be up when things are calm and the world has slowed down as much as possible in a day. Also, I work through the nights as I'm self employed, so my day is the opposite of what most people do and that is how I prefer it. So with that being said, finding a 24hr laundromat is crucial for me really. The only thing about this specific laundromat is that it isn't in the best of areas so you should always make sure you have some sort of defense on you (i.e. a pocket knife, taser, something that will keep you safe), especially if you are alone that late at night. Otherwise, the place is clean, well lit, and SOOOO much more calm and quiet during the early mrng hours....no complaints really beside the neighborhood...if you are a female don't go there alone at those hours, but if you are a fella, you'll be alright so long as you are aware of your surroundings and aren't looking for trouble and do have something to keep you fully safe. Clean washers and dryers and prices are definitely reasonable too...thanks!

I love Spincycle wash , the laundry mat is very spacious and the staff is professional also friendly. I can't believe there's even an 🏧. If you want to wash in a clean environment, come in down. …
