Dryer times not correct. A sign on the wall says .75 cents = 22&1/2 minutes yet the time on the dryer only says 18 minutes. I know it is only 4 and 1/2 minutes difference but it is false advertising. Either fix the dryer timeor fix the sign. To be fair to this place it is very clean and it is rare if you find an out of order machine.

Place is trashed with no employees around. Washers and dryers are in need of cleaning. In 7 hrs noone showed up or was present. Very neglected. Company states an employee should be there at 6am got there at 6:25am no employees around. Customer states noone gets there till 9 or 10 am.

All the machines work perfect no problems with the washers and dryers easy in easy out.

Could you put up an announcement to people asking them to please not take over the clothes carts? There are only a few of them, but many people come and think they're theirs. Everything else works excellently. THANK YOU.

I don't know if it's always been the same managers, but for the past few months, the place has been truly disgusting. The floors, the parking lot, the bathrooms, not to mention the five laundry baskets... homeless people arguing all the time (of course, they're not doing any laundry). It's really not safe.
