Dirty! no attendant on site to clean! Thought I try this laundry mat because it’s close to home but I was very disappointed! Won’t be coming back!

The female that is working there can't even speak English. Very Rude had a problem because I had my service dog there. But she had her annoying kids making all kinds of noises . I've been coming to this laundromat for many years I have never had a problem until this rude individual. I guess I'll be having to find another laundromat.

This is a very good laundromat. The staff does their best to keep the machines functioning and the place clean. Like any laundromat there are some problems due to people not reading instructions or supervising their children, not taking care of their own trash or engaging in vandalism. Because it doesn't front a major street it feels safer here than at other laundromats. Most of the people in my experience are regulars who have been coming to the laundromat for decades in some cases. They are very nice and interesting people. I hope this laundromat continues to function for decades to come. I still prefer it to the new more costly laundromats that have opened on Fredericksburg. By the way I have always found the staff to be very patient in the face of exacerbating behavior by some customers.

Very clean & a variety of washer sizes. Also the employee named Rose was very helpful & friendly. Since my own washer has broke i was very relieved to have a place in the neighborhood to go to.

Had a great experience here on a Saturday morning. We were visiting SA and staying nearby and needed to do a load of laundry. Very affordable (loads ranged from $1.50-3.25 based on size of load/washer) and machines worked well and quickly (our load was done in 23 mins). This is a quarter-operated laundromat and there was a quarter machine on site that accepted other coins, as well as $1-$20 bills.

Most of time when we use their washing machines, ( we use the $3 or $5 size), when you open the flap on the top of the machine where you add detergent, bleach, and fabric softener it looks like they aren't cleaned. You can see, and smell if the person before you just added bleach to every compartment. ( or maybe their detergent has bleach already in it...). Or whatever the reason: I can guarantee that an article of clothing will come back home with bleach stains on it!) But, what can you do? That's the closest washateria to me. That is until they finish construction on a new one they're building right off the access road of I 10 and Fredericksburg rd.

This place is clean, very well maintained. Carlos keeps it clean..Owners really care to comfort their customers...AC runs keeping it cool..at any point, any comments or requests just call...they listen. Customers matter!! Tuesdays & Wednesdays are the best days..weekends normally full..location gets cleaned daily..Wifi available too..

I like washing here because it’s reasonable but they really need to have someone on site to keep all the homeless and the drunks from coming in here. They come in without a mask. The lady doesn’t come in till it closing time.

My number one place to wash. But only the big washer n dryer. All else suck. So if they're not available I don't wash there.

Very nice and clean, it would help if the restroom was open
