About 7 broke machines, and people holding machines for each other . I didnt even get to wash clothes. Dallas needs another laundry mat fr.
It can be a little crowded on Sundays. No problems or issues with people or equipment at the Dallas Coin Laundry
Dropped my daughter off so she could wash her clothes. Well the worker had just left. Anyway when she placed a 10 in the machine it kicked out a quarter and the service light came on . Called the number which is on the machine and website, after telling the owner the issue. He offered cash app me the money but obviously that wouldn't do any good since I didn't have any more cash to place in the other coin machine. So, he was going take the 45 to hour drive to us. I just asked go head and cash app since with me having a lawn care service i know how driving an hour one way is an can be! and I'll go get more cash .. well point being , he trusted me enough to not give me any issues and immediately cash app me not 10 but 20 $ . This is a stand up guy we deserves recognition. Hope we don't have any issues in the future but if so ill call again..
It has been a very long time since I was in a laundromat. I decided to chance this one. It looks to have a little age on it and some wear and tear, but, I found it to be cleaner than I expected. I had a sofa cover to clean and used one of the smaller washers before I realized that there was a larger one. However, the smaller one worked just fine. After washing, I decided to use a dryer and was very pleased. 14 minutes for $.50 and it was dry on low heat. Very efficient. Now, for my biggest complaint. NEITHER OF THE COIN CHANGER MACHINES WORKED!!! DUH!!! A very nice lady changed a dollar for me. I was about to leave to go elsewhere. My rating would have been at least a 4 otherwise.
Came here for the 1st time to wash a bunch of large blankets. The machines were large enough for a king size comforter with room to spare. There are 3 different size machines - each with different pricing. The extra large machines were $5 but my blankets came out super clean and I knew it was gonna be pricey. The business itself was clean, well lit, not sketchy at all. The guy on duty was on the floor almost the whole time, cleaning and sweeping, answering questions, emptying the quarters. Super nice. I'll definitely be back when it comes time to wash blankets again. I'm willing to pay a little more money for a clean place that is well run.
Very nostalgic, brought back some old memories.
Great place always clean and fresh
Can't blame the place for how the customers treat the equipment. They fix the machines when they can and the man that runs the place helps everyone out whether it's moving clothes cleaning up or talking to everyone during the busy times. It's always packed and if you wash late you can stay til you finish.
Am employee took my clothes out of the washer when I was only gone a few min. Only a few large washers, most of the time ppl leave their clothes in there and take off, so they're not available- funny how nobody else's clothes get touched though. Also if you just need a dryer, you're out of luck, it's against the million rules written in sharpie on the walls.
The owner was awesome in interacting with my children. Went out of his way to find cartoons for my kids to watch. Also all machines work and the dryers get super hot and dry large loads very quickly.
