Black mold on the rubber flap where you insert soap. Didn’t notice until after I already started my machine. I took a closer look at the washers and they’re absolutely filthy with a film all over the washers. On my prior visit I purchased chips from the vending machine and they were 3 years expired. I told the laundry lady and she offered to give me a bag from the back and the entire box was expired from 2021. I came back today and there’s plenty of more that are expired. Dryers are .85 cents for 15 min. definitely not worth it you have to dry your clothes multiple times. This will be my last visit at the store.

Overall this facility and its machines are pretty clean. One complaint I have is the area where you add your laundry detergent, softener etc. I really wish they would clean these out periodically. The machine I used tonight has mold in the softener cup area. I didn’t notice it until after the machine had started and I was putting the softener in. For $11+ a load, clean machines would be nice. **Response to Owner** I do appreciate your quick reply, however, that wasn’t staining inside the softener cup. I took a washcloth and was able to wipe it out, however, I’m not tall enough to really get in and clean it out. The large machines all have detergent residues inside those areas & I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen one that was free of detergent buildup and gunk in the almost 4 years I’ve used Golf Road Laundromat.

I like this laundromat because it is spacious and clean inside. It was quiet the times that I went. Instead of quarters, you load a balance onto a laundromat card. It's convenient to keep in the wallet. The dryers are strong and fast too. It's good for comforters or bulky blankets.

I've been to many laundry mats and customer service at some of them were terrible. But this place sets the bar higher. Customer service and positive energy is huge for me . I literally go out of my way to come here and I wanna thank Aspin and Maria . Both of them have genuine and uplifting spirits . They actually seem to care about the customers and I appreciate that . I've been coming here for just about 3 years now. While staff has changed and prices have gone up, the service has never fallen behind. They are always friendly and courteous, and the machines always do a good job of getting everything clean. I've never had a bad experience here and I plan on coming back whenever I need to. Huge shout out to Aspen! She was super helpful and kind!

Very clean inside. Plenty of machines and seating. I love that it's staffed too. Very safe. They have a wide variety of washers from 4.30-8.85 and dryers are 55 cents per 18 minutes. They use a card system which takes cash or card to load. Love it here and so happy to have found a great local laundromat. ❤️🫧🧦

Nice laundromat but they have their own card system and you cannot use coins The cashier lady was nice enough to give me dollar bills for my coins The machines are big but only wash for 20 minutes and prices vary based on machine size Dryers work for 21 min per quarter Overall it was a satisfactory experience

First time there today Saturday,25 of 2025 great service loved how they have laundry bags for extra need … she took care of my question’s & help me very sweet lady! very well kept and cleaned by herself will be going there more 🙂 …

The cost to wash and dry is great. This is what laundromats should be. This place was well maintained, clean, well lit, and staff were on duty. 21 minutes to wash, 36 minutes to dry (but I opted for lower temperature settings, so keep that in mind). Each dry cycle was 55¢ for 18 minutes. A double load washer was $6.30 Loading funds onto a card was straight forward, however using the cards in the machines was really sensitive. I accidentally paid an extra 55¢ for time to dry that I didn’t need, I didn’t remove my pay card quickly enough at the prompt and the machine read it again as I pulled it back out. Over all great area, nice establishment, staff was moving about cleaning while I was there, and I didn’t lose any socks LOL. If you’re traveling for work or even pleasure and your hotel has guest laundry, you’ll pay less here and not have to jockey for machines. The folding tables here are large enough to accommodate luggage so your laundry is easy to load at a comfortable height and not down on the floor like some other places I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

A nice sweet white lady with long brown hair in a bun with pretty earrings & eyes helped me out just now when i was helping my family! + she let me use the bathroom Thank you so much, y’all give her a raise i really appreciate her
