Came here to wash clothes. All was well, until a short kid got really upset that I “walked” on a floor that he claims was wet. The floor was not even wet. He also got upset with another customer for the same thing. A tip would be not to mop while customers are actively washing clothing. Individuals MUST walk on the floors to wash clothing. The washateria is convenient, as they accept credit cards but employees definitely need to learn customer service and tact.

The washateria was out of laundry soap. No one cleaning up, baskets everywhere. It used to be a place I can go to and they never disappoint. It is not the case now

It’s really expensive to wash here now about 30$ for 3 load with dryer. Dryer is only 8 minute intervals

Laundromat. Previously, the washing and drying machines, the floor, and the surrounding area were very clean. At that time, two women worked there, keeping the place very sanitary. Currently, hygiene is very poor in every way. Two young men work there, showing no concern for the cleanliness of the place. I am a customer who visits this place weekly, and it has been in this condition for about a month now. I wonder if the owners can check the hygienic conditions of the place and keep it in the same condition as before, or rehire a woman who previously worked alone and took care of everything, or should the owner continue to lose money due to the lack of customers?
