The prom dress was ruined! It was stained and cut and torn in SEVERAL places. They tried to tell me I brought it in like that; are you crazy? Even the manager knew different! The seamstress was off and unable to fix what she had wrecked. Although I would not trust here and just wanted my dress back to see how I COULD POSSIBLY FIX IT AS MY PROM WAS IN 24 HOURS. Sad, place had come highly recommended and all this place did was ruin a prom dress and occasion. I want the $70 back for the hemming which is only fair as I SHOULD GET PAID FOR THE HARDSHIP AND HEARTACHE YOUR SEAMSTRESS CAUSED.
