Busy but clean and tidy! Up to date washers and dryers that you may use your debit or credit card on. Or if you want to use cash, there is a coin changer available. If you forget your laundry soap and fabric softener, there is a vending machine available, too. And if you just want to drop your clothes off, the attendant will wash them for you. There is a price list by the pound at the service desk. Attendants are friendly and knowledgeable. The building is climate controlled with clean restrooms and televisions. 5/5 stars

I got my laundry washed by the associate inside. She did an amazing job!! Great price as well, definitely helped to make my experience in lake havasu much better!!

I've used Modern Laundromat almost daily for about 3 years for my business. My linens are always done in a timely manner and with a friendly smile. Could not do a review without mentioning these two... Theresa has been great at making sure new girls fold my linens how I like them folded and Kas is that awesome smiling face when i come in to drop off and pick up. Always helpful and always smiling!

My husband and I have been building a home in Yucca and visited Modern Laundromat weekly, typically on Sundays. Staff is very nice, machine's worked great, and occasionally we spoke with the owner when he was there, he is always very nice. We enjoyed that staff remembered us each week. The staff and owners care about their customers. Would definitely recommend!

Super clean, reasonable prices. About 1:3 of the machines take credit cards. All others take quarters; ATM and change machine available. Bathroom S are clean and well stocked. Definitely will use this laundromat again!!!

One of the nicest laundromats I’ve been too. They had an actual human being (a very nice lady) in there. They offer dry cleaning services as well as laundry. They have WORKING vending machines and rest rooms. Everything’s clean. Not clean. But just and currently being cleaned! This place was immaculate. 2 huge washers. 4-6 bigs. Mostly medium. Some small washers. Prices are reasonable. They accept change and card. Highly recommend as a laundromat in Havasu.

I've used many a laundry matts in my lifetime, and this by far is one of the best. The place is always super clean. There is an attendant there full time if you need help. They also have a fluff and fold service for those who just don't have the time to watch the washer and dryer spin. They have vending machines for snacks and laundry products. A change maker, but their washer and dryers also take credit/debit cards! Swipe and go! There is a covered patio in the rear with plenty of clean tables to sit and read, play a game, or watch the sunset! ( the picture I posted) They close at 8pm ( last wash in by 6:30 pm). If I recall they open,6am. Best to check hours.

Always clean ,my favorite place hands down. Tereza is an amazing employee. Super friendly, saying welcome when you arrive & have a nice day when you leave . Employee like that makes customers come back . Thanks again .

What a great find. We travel every winter and we just never know what we will encounter. Clean with lots of options as far as high capacity, etc. cash or card. Cherie was so fun and helpful: when I forgot to “read the instructions” on the dryer she just walked me through it. What a great experience and she deserves a raise! We were done in no time. Cherie was mopping the floors, sweeping and cleaning the whole time. When I dropped a sock on the floor it didn’t bother me! LOL. Highly recommended by the “traveling girls”.

The best, cleanest laundromat in town!

My first time washing in a public laundromat was visiting from out of town for work, this place was Super clean, the lady's working are super nice! They were wiping down the washers when I went so made me feel comfortable washing my clothes in a laundromat! Didn't have any trouble with the washer or dryer I used! Would highly recommend.

Probably one of the biggest and modern laundrymat I've visited. Generous hours, nice amenities and very professional, friendly and knowledgeable attendant on staff. Wash dry fold self or reasonably priced same-day service. Clean, efficient run business. Excellent place to do a not so fun weekly chore. Well done, thank you!

Very clean facility. Excellent staff. Machines were all working (at least no 'out of order' signs on any machines! Also have convenient phone charger outlets. Great place. Highly recommend.

Been traveling for awhile and end it up in Lake Havasu City. Laundry had to be done and this place was closest to our hotel. At 7:30 was already busy but enough machines and dryers. Very clean, people very nice and helpful and big PLUS some machines take cards - for tourists like this was perfect experience. Definitely recommended!
