Smart Wash Coin Laundromat

My washing machine broke down so Smart Wash Coin is the closest to the house to use until I get mine fixed. Many of the machines are old. I’ve even lost money on one that was broke with no markings to suggest otherwise. The owners weren’t there. So I took the lost with no complaints at all. I put one star, would have put none if I had the option to do so, for the fact that the lady owner ask me to give a review and was standing beside was about to check five star for me. I politely told her that I would do it later at my house. She insisted that I just do it right in front of her but again I declined twice. She left a little disappointed just go solicit others customers to give her five stars on the review. That’s totally disgusting and dishonest that one would go that far to get a good review when she doesn’t merit that at Al.

I love coming to this establishment..I also like how they have the digital washers if only it had a debit card option for us card users haha dryers stay hot and definitely get the job done! Owner is sweet and nice

I washed my clothes at this laundry mat and the owners are very kind and helpful! I would say it's a nice environment and the prices to wash your clothes are great!

Machines are great to use. I generally use the larger washers for heavy loads and quilts. Great place.

The WORST laundry mat ever. Hardly any water came in the machines and the dryers are trash. Cant get in contact with no one because they never answer the phone nor do they be on site. I wasted and lost $35 just to have to go to another washer and CORRECTLY wash my laundry

If you want your clothes a little wet and not washed, wanted to be called a liar when you complain about the machine after showering evidence, and argue for 30 minutes. This is the place for you. I wish I could give 0 stars. This is after giving them another chance. The time before this. The lady was rationing the quarters. Telling how many I can have and to use the smaller machines in stead.if you look CLOSELY, you can see the small amount of water coming in. It did this the entire washing cycle. The part where you put the detergent was clogged also.I’ll never step food in the place again. The lady is so rude.

Stop giving your money to people that obviously don't care about their customers. No one attending, dirty place, cockroaches, coin machines don't work. Most of the machines don't work. When they see their place empty, may be the owners will start caring but for now they are just overcharging. Stay away from this dirty place!
