I had 2 items that were dropped off to be sewn. The sewing was so bad i had to take both items to a new shop to be re-done. The stitching is uneven and the stitching on my military uniform is rounded on one corner, square on two corners and the bottom right corner was not sewn at all. I wish i would have taken a picture of the cap before i got it re-done. The cap rank was so bad i don’t know how someone would let that work go out the door as good enough. I would avoid this place for alterations.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Executive Dry Cleaners. I brought in several pieces including, a wool coat, a suit, and a sweater that were barely used, among other things, and I specified that I wanted a DRY CLEANING service since they were new and expensive items. However, when I picked up my items, I immediately noticed several issues. What I received was: a shrunken coat, full of lint and wrinkled, a suit also shrunken and wrinkled with a terrible odor, a sweater completely stained, faded and shrunken. When I politely pointed out these issues, he admitted to having washed some of the clothes using detergent because he followed the instructions on the clothing label. However, he did not have to do that since I was paying specifically for dry cleaning. It's obvious that my wool coat was also improperly cleaned because of the condition it was left in. I asked the individual to at least compensate me with the value of my new coat and sweater since they were the two newest items. His response was that he doesn’t give special treatment to anyone, and that he puts everyone's clothes to wash at the same time. How is it possible that a person cleans items in one specific way contrary to what he is being paid for. What kind of business would do something as absurd as this? The only thing he did was refund the cost of the “dry cleaning” which does not cover even one of the damaged pieces. Overall, his attitude and demeanor made the experience much more disappointing. This is not a how a “professional” should conduct a concern, especially for a new customer. If you expect quality service and respectful treatment I highly recommend looking anywhere else. I certainly won’t be coming back.

Great job!! With my son’s suit. Was just going to press but when I left the cleaners, the owner called me to let me know the pants were dirty in the front. They don’t usually wash and press on the same day, but he made an exception. I was appreciative of his thoughtfulness. Has me for a customer for now on. Thank you so much.

Item to pick up was not ready on time. The receipt said it would be ready on Tue. at 3:00 p.m. When I went to pick up the item they said it was not ready, instead of calling me ahead of time so I would not waste my time. I was then told that it might be ready for Thursday. It wasn't until I complained, saying this is no way to run a business, that the manager said to pick it up on Wednesday. This is my first time going to these cleaners. I guess you get what you paid for. I would not recommend these cleaners to anyone else. You don't get a second chance at a first impression.

Great service, friendly staff, excellent dry cleaner

So I have been using different cleaners for years for my suits and blazers. I tried this company a few weeks ago after moving to the Avalon area and I must say given the great reviews I was very disappointed. They were not able to get my blazers cleaned. Every professional who wears suits knows FL is hot an humid so the armpits will have a smell. When I picked up my order the blazers still smelled dirty like they did when I dropped them off. He “cleaned” then again free of charge…stinky armpits still there. Again I have never had this issue with any other cleaners. The owner even admitted the smell was still there but offered no discount or refund on my order since he was unable to get them cleaned. He just stated they use a natural solution which is mild as if that makes it ok. Don’t offer these services if your products aren’t able to due the job. I am giving 3 Stars for the pants being cleaned and they did a good job altering a few jumpsuits/ rompers I needed a couple inches taken off from. Will definitely not be using them for cleaning services in the future.

Very quick, courteous service, and fairly priced. If you need dry cleaning definitely check this business out! I've gone several times, and so had my husband. They're very kind and professional, and they do an excellent job. I also had a significant tear in one of my dresses repaired here, and it looks like new!

Prices are getting a little high but I got 3 suits and 3 shirts dry cleaned for $50 might have to fall back

The owners are very friendly, courteous, and very professional. Your laundry can be dropped off and picked up in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Mr. Walter made us feel right at home right from the start with his wonderful professional and friendly personality. His staff has the same characteristics so "like owner like staff."
