I have been using All Seasons Dry cleaners since they opened in Deephaven, MN (at least 25 years ago). I have never been disappointed. The people who work there are kind, helpful and always go the extra mile to make things right! I also love the fact that they offer the 2 in 1 bag service, to eliminate the need for plastic garment covering. They will clean absolutely everything and have great seasonal offers. I am a HUGE fan!

I am disappointed in the customer service. I dropped off a sport coat a week ago (5/2) for dry cleaning and requested to have a button re-sewn. Kindly staff person gave me a receipt showing it would be ready for pick up 5/7. I stopped by 8 am on 5/8 and the same staff told me they couldn’t find my article… and that I would receive a phone call with an update. Having received no phone call, I stopped by at 11:20 am today to be confronted by another staff person - who has now on three separate occasions talked down to me, copped an attitude, and made me feel like I am inconveniencing them by my mere presence - telling me “oh. It’s not ready. This is just a dry cleaning ticket. It’s in tailoring which takes up to two weeks.” I said, “oh? Nobody told me that when I dropped it off.” And they replied, “well, they should have.” I thanked them and walked out, really not knowing when I may ever see my article returned. There are other dry cleaners nearby which will be getting my business going forward.

Cute little shop in Deephaven. The staff are wonderful (kind, helpful). They have text message notifications for when items are ready. They had quicker turnaround on the cleaning and mending I dropped off - which was unexpected and I’m here for it! If you’re like me and like to take your pup places, this places is dog friendly as well!
