WOW WASH LAUNDROMAT

I decided to check out this laundromat as it is closer to me than the ones I normally patronize the first time I came in. It was a clean environment staff for cleaning, and I was able to do my laundry. However, the second time The “ security” guard was quite unpleasant After starting my laundry, I had went to go sit in the car, and my boyfriend came in to check on the clothing. The security guard was immediately confrontational and definitely started judging a book by its cover and assumed that he was just loitering. Upon pulling up to the laundromat, I seen the security guard yelling at a lady who was already leaving the establishment Currently in the process of drying my clothing and the pink haired lady in the security guard started bickering with each other very unprofessional Normally, I don’t feel compelled to write reviews, but if you’re coming into the neighborhood and you wanna make a positive mark you gotta be on your best behavior because there’s a good 10 other laundromats down the street that can be patronized It might just be worth the drive to go up on Rice and Larpenter Editing to add that the dryer did not heat up at all. My clothes came out cold and wet. 🙃 Edit2 : In response to the reply that was left by the establishment I cannot directly reply to it, but this is what I have to say to that I have no issues with the pink haired staff member it was mainly directed towards the security guard Secondly, the statement about “ Your clothes were dry, so you sat and folded them for some time” My clothing definitely was not dry. I threw it all into a bag after I realized it was damp, and I went to go hang it to dry in my house. Not sure who you have me confused with, but I guarantee I don’t look like anybody else :) The defensiveness and denying what I said, you could’ve just simply done one of two things either ignored this review and went on about your day or simply apologize for the weird interactions generous to give four out of five stars with this one it’s going lower now. Have a better day.

I am here now and this place is clean, sunny and a great atmosphere. It also has a great little kids corner, a little store in case you forgot dryer sheets or need more detergent or just a little snack. They take cash, & card at the machines, and the little store. The security guard Tony was extremely friendly and helpful when I didn't know the machine would take a little extra money he comped 3 dryers for me. The staff were also very friendly and welcomed us as soon as we walked in. All of the dryers dried really good within the 30 minute time frame you get for $3.75 This place was wonderful! We will definitely use them again!

Decent for a state of the art laundromat. It's nice that security lives in the back. I tried to use a broken machine that didn't have a sign that said it was out of order. It was my first time there. The lady looked a me like I should have known. 😧 I should have known because of the out of order sign that wasn't there. The set up was convenient. Overall, it was alright.

Loved it! Tony the security person was awesome and explained everything to us. It's a beautiful facility. Can I say that about a Laundromat? It's true!

Wow wash on rice St in St Paul is not just a name it's an experience that will wow you. So clean and fresh and detailed I felt like I stepped into the future. The kids area is such a nice addition you can let your kids have fun at the Laundromat and feel safe doing it. Thank you to all you've done for the community and having staff there to answer any questions is so comforting. Hope everyone enjoys there experience as much as we did.

It was my first time going there and it was a wonderful experience! I needed help with machines and the Owner explained everything to me and my laundry experience turned out great! I definitely will be using this Rice Street location from now on!

Stopped in on my way thru. What a great experience and such a beautiful store with clean facilities! Machines worked great and was out in a hurry. Tony was super nice and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at this laundromat. Friendly staff, the owner showed me how to use the state-of-the-art washers and dryers. Extremely clean and a very enjoyable experience would come here again

This place is clean and really nice. Plenty of parking spots, security cameras in use and the owner is very friendly. Thank you for providing a nice quiet place to do laundry.!

First time at the new store on rice street. I will always wash there! Bright clean security and someone is always there! Very friendly staff very helpful. I recommend it.
