J Laundromat is not only the best laundry service I ever experienced, it's also consistent with every visit!! My clothing is clean, fresh smelling, neatly folded, and wrapped for pick-up, every time. This experience is a picture of what good service looks like! If I decide to self-serve my laundry, the wash, dry, and fold areas are impressively always clean with a pleasant environment for relaxing in-between cycles....can definitely easily multi-task with work on my computer. Lastly, the best part of my experience is the staff! They are professional, friendly, easy to talk to, delighted to have you, and actually listens to your washing concerns. TOP NOTCH!! Jenny is absolutely amazing! She does such a great job on our laundry every time. This is the most convenient thing we’ve ever done! Their customer service is awesome, I would highly recommend their services.

Jenny is so sweet and she’s the only person I trust with my laundry. She listens and uses garment instructions. She’s also a great folder!
