This new laundromat has it all! The app makes paying super easy, and the washers and dryers are fast and efficient. The place is bright and spotless, with free WiFi to keep you entertained while you wait!

While this particular coin laundry offers high tech services, it caters to those with a lot of money to spend. Be prepared to fork over $10.50 as of August 2025 plus a required $1.00 for a pre-rinse to get rid of any residual detergent the person before you used. Also for the particular washer I was using, the door was nearly impossible to close. If you are wealthy, hardly do laundry, and love contactless pay this might be the place for you. Otherwise, you might be advised to go elsewhere.

Very clean and new machines. However on my recent visit (7/21 at 7:35 pm), there was a customer talking on the phone with a loud voice. If you could please post a note for anyone to respect the quietness of the place, that would be great.

Three stars for now until I actually go there and experience it for myself hopefully and probably will be bumped up to 5 stars. I was one of the ones who gave a negative review when it was Rochester Laundromat (electrolux)( I was a very frequent and long time patron) so I think this remodeled new and improved laundromat is exactly what was needed. Looking forward to laundry day??!! 😉😄 Well I've been back once and going back a second time and so on because this is my newish and very improved go to laundromat!! Very nice and quite surprised how easy it was to operate the machines with an actual attendent to more than help if needed. Thank you I don't mind laundry day here anymore like I used to!!

$8.50 for a 22 minute cycle is worth one star, no matter how nice it is. - The consumer does not care about your costs. You are providing very little value for the price. - The 30 year old washers cost 3$, so well over half your prices. Not to mention anyone who knows what they're doing has machines that wash just as well. Do your machines have some amazing new technology that spins and rinses that much better? Let's not pretend your overhead is the reason for the price. Your response shows your immaturity and lack of business experience. Good luck!

Very clean and easy to use machines. I love being able to use the app so I do not need to go get rolls of quarters!

Clean, affordable and new. I love that the brand new machines still accept quarters. They also have an option to pay via an app.

It’s a little more expensive than before but it’s to be expected. The place is a lot cleaner than it was with the previous owners. It’s quiet and lots of seating areas as well. ( it also offers coins or app to pay which is convenient)
