I usually divide my full hamper between two smaller machines (and use the heavy wash cycle), but instead I used a big 4-load machine on its standard wash cycle for $10.00. Worked like a charm! Plenty of space for everything to get clean. Then the big dryer was super fast. I ended up overpaying by a couple bucks, but that was my fault for doubting the dryer. Small, but clean. Has everything needed to wash, dry, hang, and fold. Thanks, Suds & Swirl!

Only laundromat in town. It was clean. All but 1 washer was in working order. All dryers were in working order. The place was clean, including the restroom. There were a few people there when I arrived. But not busy. I was able to get my laundry done in an hour. Prices are reasonable. ATM on-site if needed. Change machine accepts 1, 5, 10, and 20s. I was staying at the resurrection bay campground, s&s was very conveniently located.

They have 3 metal wire baskets on wheels for moving laundry, soap dispensers, 2 large tables to fold/sort laundry, an atm machine, a bill to coins exchange machine, a restroom, as well as inside and outside seating. A clean facility with everything I needed, thank you! 2 top-load washing machines for 1 small load 3 front-load washing machines for 1 small load 2 front-load washing machines for 3 loads 2 front-load washing machines for 4 loads 4 small dryers 8 large dryers (2 were out of order at the time of this review)

Nice clean laundry mat. Restroom is also very clean. Has coin/ change dispenser that accepts $1, 5, 10 and $20 bills. Also has a detergent dispenser for $1 you choose Tide, All, bounce or oxiclean. The cost to wash a small/medium load is $3.50. They also have oversized washers that are $8.00, says they wash up to 3 loads at once. We only had 2 pairs of pants , 4 shirts and under clothing so we only used the small washer. Machine did a great job. The regular dryer is $3.25 for 45 min. They also have the huge dryers for $3.50 (20min), $4.75 (30 min), or $6.50 (45min). There sign says staff is on site from 9 am to 4 or 5pm everyday depending on the day. The sign also says they are here till 9 pm on other nights. We definitely recommend this laundry mat.

2 stars for the clean restroom, ample parking and kind of nice decor. 0 stars for tge machines being a fraud. I put a 5 dollar bill in the coin changer. After spending 3,50 for the wash I only had 4 coins left..... The dryer did not register o e of the coins, and the coin return did not work. Added to the fact that this is the most expensive laundromat I ever visited (7 dollars!) thankfully I am here just for a stopover and I am not forced to using this regularly.

Busy laundromat but able to get machine without a wait. Change machine worked. Helpful staff member on hand to help with coin jam in the drier.

WHITE DRYERS SHOULDN’T BE ON SERVICE!!! It damaged few of my clothes! I chose this one because it was saying 45 minutes cycle and I wanted to make sure my clothes would get dry! But after 45 minutes it came super wet and damaged! This black thing didn’t came from any of my clothes, I checked one by one, it was from the dryer! My white jumper was bought few days ago, it was my first time washing it and now I can’t use it anymore! Very disappointed! I’ve been on the road for a year and half, using laundry mats over 15 countries, from Argentina to US at least twice a month, and here in Alaska it was the very first time a dryer damaged my clothes, also the most expensive ever!

Nice, clean laundromat. Note that washing machines do fill up at times so you may have to wait. Also very pricey, but there aren’t any other options for laundry, so what are you gonna do. ATM inside is convenient.

It's a laundromat. Nothing fancy. The locals all use it, so plan on making it a day with working around the fishing crews and tourists.

Clean, machines worked great. Dryers are good and hot. Definitely can see where it would be tricky to get in as it's the only place in town for laundry services. I was able to get in twice without having a lot of people there.
