Snow White Laundromat and Car Wash

I have been coming to Snow White laundromat and car wash for the past 3 years and can’t complain about the price and quality of their equipment. Unfortunately while leaving one of the wash bays the door sensors malfunctioned and the door came down on the windshield of my truck. I asked an employee for some help with who I needed to contact and he gave me the owners contact info to resolve the issue. The owner was very professional and apologetic and offered to pay to replace the windshield if I would get a quote and forward it to him. Within about 1 - 1 1/2 hours the owner confirmed he would pay for the damages due to mechanical error at this establishment. I set up an appointment for the next morning and the owner sent me picture confirmation of the invoice paid in full after the appointment. He again apologized and stated he would have the mechanical issues fixed asap. 10/10 I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to wash clothing or their vehicles!

Love it here, it only takes 2 washers for about 3 weeks of clothes,and we only have to use 1 of the dryers and in all total it takes about an hour and a half to 2 hours

This is a decent car wash . I don't understand why I don't get soap when I want to foam my vehicle down. (Barely any suds) It takes so long to switch over to anything else like tire cleaner, pre-soak ect .. . The price is on the higher side and that's ok if you're getting what you pay for. In this case, I just don't think I'm getting what I pay for and that's too bad because I've come here for years and it wasn't like this with the previous owner! At the very least, you should have warm water for these cold winter months. I'll take the extra trip and go to SNK in nisswa

I've never had good luck with anything here have tried using their car wash services multiple times like 5 to be exact all a shit show. Wands don't work, no soap comes out few times that happened, little pressure, coin slots on manual wash don't accept money ugh, avoid at all cost

Great laundromat and car wash duo. The facility is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The machines at the laundromat are well maintained and the car wash is great for washing your vehicle, trailer, or boat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking convenience and cleanliness under one roof.

Received prank calls from this number cussing out my 83 year old number. When i called back to try and get to the bottom of things Scott answered being hostile immediately!!! If Scott really is the manager Id suggest he be replaced as he seems to have zero clue on customer service and people skills!!!

I went to this car wash for the first time ever today and was not sure how much the car wash cost. I only had $3.75 on me and thought I could pay per minute to use the car wash. Before I put my money into the machine, I decided to go into the office portion of the car wash and ask for clarification. The guy who was working said the car wash was a minimum of $7.00. The guy then asked me if there was a problem, to which I said no, but that I only had $3.75. As I thanked him for his help and proceeded to walk away, he said "hold on, let me help you". The guy graciously added minutes to the car wash stall I was parked in, and told me to pass the gesture along, and do something nice for someone else. Not only was I extremely grateful for this gesture but it came at a time in my life where things have been less than ideal. It reminded me that small gestures can go a long way and make a difference in peoples lives. I decided that not only would I pass the kind gesture along to someone else, I would also leave a positive review. Thank you to whoever you were that helped me out today!

Tim was so helpful! I had giant sleeping bags and he just appeared with helpful suggestions! He was both helpful and pleasant - not intrusive. Kept everything running smoothly in the laundromat. When I was late to flip them over he kindly put them in a cart near the office and was so understanding. We were SO grateful for his help and the clean machines! (Claw machine was an added bonus.) Five stars and good vibes!

What a joke, Sign on all the doors say they close at 8:30pm. When I came at 8:05pm to get our bedding out of the dryer I find the very rude worker locking the doors. Saying “they leave at 8:05 everyday and owner hasn’t changed the signs.” There place is really ran down and very expensive and equipment is falling apart. The other laundry mats in the area are way better for washing bedding anyway and actually cheaper.
