If I could leave a 0 star I definitely would. They dry cleaned my $700 Kenzo hoodie when it was recommended on the care label to wash cold. The hoodie shrank, and the color faded. They would not take responsibility and would not refund me or give any credit. Have been going here for years in Nichols Hills but I will never go back. My advice is spend a little more and go to Nichols Hills Cleaners bc this is terrible customer service.

I used to only get my clothes dry cleaned here. But after American Cleaners ruined two of my shirts from a simple dry cleaning and only offered me a nominal credit for the shirts. I will never use these dry cleaners again. This used to be a family owned company that valued customers. But those times are long gone. Suggest using another dry cleaner in the area.

I dropped off a coat for dry cleaning services last Thursday evening. After multiple miscommunications by American Cleaners staff and 3 attempts to pick up my coat, I received it on the third attempt last night, Monday evening. I was surprised and extremely unhappy to find that the hood of the coat had not been cleaned after 4 days of waiting to get it back. The hood of the coat had pet hair on it while the pet hair on the body of the coat had been removed. I paid $15 for a single item and I received incomplete and unprofessional service. I will be seeking dry cleaning services elsewhere and will tell my friends and neighbors to do the same. American Cleaners should do a better job of communication with their customers and a more thorough job cleaning clothing for the rates that are charged.

Quickest (depending on time of week, perhaps), kindest, highest quality dry cleaning in OKC. They've been my go-to! Haven't had the issues I've seen with other nearby cleaners (their hours are consistent, they don't lose clothes, and they're always welcoming).

Staff was very friendly. I got sticker shock when I went in to pick up my dry clean only comforter and the price was $39.90. I usually pay half of that to have my comforter cleaned. However, it's on me - I didn't ask when I dropped it off what the cost would be. My first time using American. It leads me to believe their prices are higher than other dry cleaners.

I wish I could give them zero star!!! They ruined my 300$ dress and said your dress was like that before!!! They didn’t even reimburse me for my dress! They are not responsible for what they did. I can’t wear my dress anymore... The oversized lady (sherri) is so rude. Please don’t take you clothes to this place.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

get your clothes double checked prior and after if you do business with them. They will mess it up and simply say"" it was like that before" . Poor service.

They are very friendly do an excellent job and even give you a free bottle of water wow!

Meh attitude when I dropped off and picked up. idk why, but more than likely won't be back.
