Washin Oxford Coin Laundry

The coin machine took my dollar and gave me 1 quarter!! I was so mad and then one of the machines flooded the floor. Never going there again Response to Reply* idk why but I did try another dollar and again it only gave me ONE quarter. And nothing was in the door of that machine. I was there at 10PM on 5/27 unfortunately my phone was dead and I couldn’t call yall about it . Yea it was $2 i got conned out of but if this is how yall scamming people yall need to be shut down EXPEDITIOUSLY. Who knows how many people it’s done that too not everyone gone call and report a few dollar lost but im sure yall scamming asses ran it up on people that way. I hate I had to Use my card I will definitely have my bank monitoring cause if yall ripping people off with coins Lord knows what yall doing with them card machines

Prices listed on machine are not what you get charged!!! I used 9.00 washing machine that would not take quarters..debit card charged 15.00...no sign saying otherwise on this machine...won't make this my new wash place.

This is really a total robbery. I used 2 small washing machines, one was fine, but I put the $4 in the other one and it said it was missing $1. I put it back in and it was still the same. I paid the missing dollar with my card. And they lowered my $15. It's really rubbish that they lowered my $15 when only $1 was missing. Fix your crappy washing machines and stop robbing people.

When i had a problem with the machine taking my money, they cash app me the next day. But i understand some people cant wait til the next day. Sometimes thats all we have to put in laundry. I was grateful i had enough to finish my laundry that night. Other then that my clothes always feel cleaner when i was them there.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I mean... I don't enjoy doing laundry. But if you can make my task more enjoyable....let's do it. Clean and highly functional machines. Beautifully clean. Even a half cleaned chair out front. Everyone, I mean, EVERYONE was super friendly. I felt like I walked thru a warp in time/space. So friendly that it feels like an invisible barrier keeping all "Karen's" out". Fast Free WiFi. 24/7 it's safe. I mean, if I had something bad to say about this place... "It's still laundry" is the worst thing ever.

It over charged my card by $4 so beware if using a debit card!

Owner is very attentive to issues that may come up at this location. I have had issues with the wrong amount being charged to my credit card as others have stated, but it is easy to submit an online request to have that refunded which has always been the same day for me. If you ever go in and it is not clean, blame the inconsiderate customers, not the owner. I have been in when it is freshly cleaned and they do a wonderful job. I will continue to use this location.

I had a excellent experience here. I needed to wash king size bedding and the washers and dryers worked well for me. The owner is prompt in helping if you have questions and message on the Facebook page. I will be back to use these washers and dryers. I recommend others to also come and use them

Nice and neat facility. Best experience at a place like this by far; there were comfortable seats and tables as well as vending machines not to forget the little entertainment area for the little ones!
