A 5.25 machine took my money to the point of there being 2.50 remaining to be deposited; the machine began returning any quarters past 2.50. I spoke to the attendant (very nice) and she sent an older lady to look at it. The older lady proceeded to tell me I didn’t operate the machine properly(it’s pretty simple). She told me there had to be clothes in the machine and the door had to be closed. After letting her know several times the door was closed and no clothes were in the machine because I removed them once the machine began taking money. I was told I had to wait until another customer used the machine and I would get my money back. I spoke to the first attendant and the money was returned. I’m definitely getting someone to connect my home washer and dryer tomorrow.

We had been camping for three weeks and needed everything washed from undies to bedding to dog beds. They were incredibly affordable and helpful. Washing things like dog bed and blankets separately and not drying certain items to putting things on our hangers for us. We will use them again!

Large $2.75 dryer doesn't dry well it took $5.00 to get my clothes to fully dry and the washers are pricey $7+ and the larger washers are $9.75.

Staff were welcoming and I had no problem asking for help. Highly efficient, new washing machines. They keep the store really clean as well. Will be coming back.

The only problem I have with this laundromat is they are constantly mopping. You.go at night the attendant is mopping. You go in the afternoon she's mopping. This interrupts the wash and dry experience when you have to wait or move and wait until they are done. Why is this not done at.closing.time when no one is in the laudromat.
