Pros: Very clean and able to pay via a phone app, which is not only super convenient, but also means you can opt in for texts before your cycle ends. Cons: Maybe it’s because of COVID, but there’s very little seating. There are only two sets of two chairs in the whole place. Also there are Purks wifi networks visible, but I don’t see a password posted anywhere so it’s not available for customers to use.
The place is clean I'll give you that but it's expensive. You only get 5 minutes for a quarter and it stops every minute on the minute for 5-7 seconds to "change direction". This allows your clothes to cool down so it's like starting all over. The attendant has virtually no personality at all and has no idea how to interact with customers. I understand she needs to do her job clean/ mop etc. But does she need to sweep the floor under the chair in sitting in? Does she need to wipe down the machine WHILE I'M USING IT? It's not a bad place per say, just wish i had a better one closer to home.
Very clean. The young woman that works there is friendly and clearly takes pride in her work! We’re traveling in our RV and I haven’t used a laundromat in many years. So far we’ve used 2 and this one was the best. Clean efficient machines and they don’t gouge you on the drying times like the last one we used.

WISH THERE WAS A BETTER LAUNDRY CLOSER TO MY HOME.
I went to the Eastside Laundromat in Ionia, MI to wash calf blankets, carhartts and rags. After carrying in two tubs and placing them in front of two of the big washing machines that were available, planned on going to different machines for rest, another person was opening up the door to one of the washers that I planned on using and I told him I was going to use those two. He walked away. I then carried in 4 more containers was loading the machines when an employee came and told me that I could not wash farming blankets or anything that had dirt on them that would clog up the machines. I asked her why she did not say something before I carried in all the containers which were heavy. She claims she didn’t see me which was impossible considering how big these containers were. I am assuming just assuming that the man that wanted to use the same washers became a tattle tale like a five year old. I was told by another patron that he brings in his work clothes to wash there so he did not understand why I couldn’t use the washers either. I loaded everything back up in my vehicle and left. I searched their website to see what they allowed and did not allow in their machines and couldn’t find anything. There was nothing posted on their door either. So I understand that people utilize laundromats for normal wash but what about the people that don’t have normal wash? Maybe a few of your washers need to be upgraded to industrial size to handle the not normal dirty wash. I was more upset by carrying everything in, assuming somebody tattling and carrying everything back out to my vehicle. Ionia needs another laundromat for competition to bring this place of business prices down. This place of business needs to list on their website, unless they do and I just missed it, what is allowed and what isn’t because we have washed all of the above at this laundromat for a few years now. Also the reason why I am assuming the man tattled is because he was looking at me the whole time I was carrying the cartons back out to my vehicle with a smirk on his face. Thanks to the other gentleman yes gentleman who held the door open as I was carrying everything back out and for offering to help. Maybe I should have used common sense in assuming a laundromat is used to just wash normal clothes and not heavy duty and if this is the case then why have the big machines that costs $10.50 per machine and an extra .25 for hot water.
This could be a 4 or even 5 star place if the day time employee didn't touch people's belongings, force her opinions on you, and smoke right at the front door so your freshly washed clothes smell like an ash tray. Besides that, the machines are always in great, working order; the place is decently clean.
Nice clean facility, but then when you leave through the only door, you and all your freshly clean laundry gets plastered with stinky smoke from everyone sitting there smoking in their vehicles with their windows down. One very rude women in a big gray truck actually fluicked her ashes right at us as we were loading our iaundry into our car!!! They need a NO SMOKING policy out front. Set up a spot out back or at the side of the building.
Nice place but the employee is always smoking right next to the entrance. And she was getting on my nerves trying to tell me how I should dry my clothes. She came by numerous times making comments like "your going to shrink that." I have dried the same stuff numerous times and never shrunk anything. I get she was trying to help but I told her no it won't shrink I dry it all the time and never had an issue and she proceeded to make random comments.
Laundromat wife very clean. All washers and dryer’s work. I travel a lot copy I am always happy to find such a wonderful man. I will come back, anytime I am in town.
Great location and decent parking area. Prices have been increased since thier move to newest location. It's normal for 1/2 of the dryers to not be working. Wish the entrance doors pushed in as generally our hands are full with laundry. An employee is usually there cleaning or for questions which is must appreciated!
