First off I want to say that this lady (owner) was very rude and didn’t let me wash comfortable. Ever since I walked in she was looking in my washer and was rude . I left my mom alone for her to finish washing and when I came back she told me that one of the washer that she was using it was dirty before I even offer to clean it she started say that it’s disgusting . So I left her alone because I didn’t want disrespect her . She even was tell another customer and it was embarrassing. I look at other washer and they all have mold around inside . So before talking all this mess please make sure all washer do not have mold ! Never coming back ! We spent 50 plus dollars and dyers sucks! Don’t waste your hard working money here !!!
Very friendly woman who I assume was the owner. I took some clothes in that I spilled cooked pork juice onto that got super greasy and smelled strongly of pork. She was able to get the oil out, and after wearing and washing the clothes again I haven't noticed the smell.
Price as of 3-4-23. Uncomplicated mostly top loaders $3 a pop. Double load side loaders 4.50. I've not gotten to dry yet it's a quarter a push. Very clean and friendly.
The owner is so SWEET and helpful. She kept helping me when I had multiple loads going. She helps pull my comforter out and flip it multiple times in the dryer and she always kept a great spirit, even when its so hot outside and inside here. I'll definitely make this my regular spot. Thank you so much!!
The woman answering the phone was past rude and hung up when I asked her simple self how much it cost for a top load wash. And what laundromat closes at three and five.get some better hours. I see the comments are accurate for BAD SERVICE. if u like rude the go here.
ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! I showed up at opening, I was the only one there. The gentleman was quite nice and helpful. But the lady that came in afterwards was horrible!! So very rude was rushing me out of there and told me, told me I was taking too long when I was putting quite a bit of money into her washer and dryers when nobody else was there. The place was disgusting !! I will never go there again. But I did clean up my area way more than it was when I found it!!
The negative reviews seem to be accurate. I stopped by to get my pants altered. The only employee present said she didn’t have time. I explained that I wasn’t in a hurry and could pick them up later and she said she didn’t have time. When I told her I would go somewhere else, she said thank you. Why is it so hard to get pants hemmed in Portland?
Janet is so kind and always very helpful! The prices are very low (2.50 a load of wash and 25 cents per 6 minutes of drying). It's a nice environment that is well cleaned and many plants around. Also there is a sandwich shop right across from it with cheap tasty food while you wait
The owner is very nice. She really interacts with her customers, something you really don't see. She gave me great tips when I came there to wash shoes. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking to wash clothes.
Best laundromat pricing I’ve seen in Portland ($2.50 a load). The woman who runs the place is always hilarious and helpful. No change machine, but the front desk can exchange bills for quarters. Bring your own detergent
