Park Avenue Laundry is awesome! The staff is super friendly, the machines are always in top shape, and the vibe is welcoming. They've got options for everyone, whether you like doing it yourself or want full-service wash and fold. It's clean, organized, and just a great place for top-notch laundry service. Me and my mom use this laundry mat very often and it’s a very great business but, there was a lady at the front desk tonight on February 7th around 7:20 pm.She was openly and pretty loudly discussing with another man about Hispanics not being us citizens and how she is ready for them to leave all the while the laundry mat was full of Hispanic people washing and drying their clothes in peace . I think it’s rude and disgusting and I think that someone else should be in that position that doesn’t talk that way about the people that come in there and use the business because to me I could reflect how the owners are if they allow someone like that to run that front desk.

I love this laundry facility. When doing your own laundry, the machines are very well priced, and they have all sizes. Everything was clean and in good working order. Ms. Martha is so helpful and offers excellent customer service. Ms. Gloria helped us with a large drop off wash, dry, and fold which was also a great price, and she was very very very fast. I received a call a few hours after dropping the laundry off that she was done with all five bags. Even after a slight misunderstanding, Mike the manager was very quick to help. He was very polite, handled the situation well, and overall, just wanted my experience to be a pleasant one. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Mike, Gloria, and Martha!!

lol who’s writing these reviews.. nasty dirty, dog hair when open the door, attendant needs to clean building , so gross! So nasty! I’d be embarrassed business owner!!

Today was the first time I used the wash &fold service. The attendant was Very nice,I received clothes back very nice folded smelled Great! I will be using them regularly now point blank !

The woman running the Laundromat helped me by adding detergent and taking my $20.00 to get change for the washing machine. When ahe came back she put quarters in the machine and gave me quarters from a five dollar bill rather than the twenty I gave her. I know I gave her a twenty as I looked at it carefully and thought I would end up with a lot of quarters. Also I had counted my cash earlier. Pam and I are suffering financially as never before, I don't have to explain what each dollar means.

Very clean and well priced. They have vending machines with snacks, drinks, detergents, fabric softeners, etc. The washers and dryers worked great. They have ATM’s and change machines. They have you covered if you’ve forgotten anything. The staff was nice and kept everything clean. I highly recommend.
