Handsome large loads of rugs. Decided to give this place a try. A great experience. Met the owner and staff, all friendly and helpful. The facility immaculate and the equipment is first rate. Highly recommend when you need to do your job right.
This is the cleanest and best maintained laundries I've ever been to. Especially their bathrooms. Noticed the property is up for sale. I figure it may be the beginning of the end. I hope I don't have to find another laundry mat! More than two of the laundry mats I have used are no longer there.
This is the best laundromat I’ve ever used! It is always clean, quiet, and everything works without issue. I’ve been coming here over 6 months now and I will continue to bring my business here for the future. Thank you for your service
Yaĺl dont have a no refund sign in the entire building nor on the building I have tap to pay on my phone for when I don't have my physical card with me. I accidentally got too close to one of the washing machines today and it charged my card when I went up to the worker/manager and said something about it she looks at me and tells me I guess you just paid it forward. Sorry, no, refund That was almost $11. That was charged on my card for a washer that I didn't even use that someone else got a free wash out of Highly would recommend using somewhere else if possible
Loaded my clothes into 2 washing machines, #'s 28 & 29 to be exact. I put my laundry detergent, fabric softener, scent beads into the appropriate places, inserted 4 dollars into each slot and the machines started. I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands and came back to the machines to find they had both stopped working. The rest of the machines were all operating fine so I was puzzled as to what the issue was. I asked the attendant why my machines had stopped working and she said that she had no clue, that the same thing happened over the weekend while she was off work and that the power was out which wasn't the case because the rest of the machines were all fine. She made a call to someone and explained what was happening and whomever she spoke to said they would call BVU because it was an issue with them. About the time she was explaining this to me the power went out completely with all the machines stopping and she then said "see it's the power". Whomever she had spoken with on the phone called back and said they were unable to get in contact with anyone at BVU which is strange because as soon as you call BVU there is an option to report a power outage and for customer service so things weren't making much sense. Long story short, I ended up calling BVU myself and my call was immediately answered by a customer service representative that informed me that there was an outage in that area and they weren't sure how long it would take to restore power. I totally understand when it's a scenario like this but my problem is that when I explained to the attendant that I wouldn't be able to wait for an undetermined amount of time on my laundry and I asked for a refund on the cost of the washing machines she said all she could do was to pass my information on to someone else who would then decide if I would be given a refund or not....this isn't including the amount that I lost in laundry products which aren't cheap at all I only asked for the 8$ and I know that they keep money on hand because I have received change back from the attendant in the past so why wasn't this situation considered important enough to give me my refund back right then? I had this happen ironically once before at the lost sock laundromat on exit 7 in Bristol, VA and I was never refunded my money or even given a call back after 7 of the washers quit working so I'm very doubtful that anything will be done this time around either but if so I'll remove this complaint and offer another review in a more favorable tone. I need to add that all of my clothes were soaking wet and trying to load them all back into the basket and into my car was very, very difficult & very heavy...if I am not given a refund I'll never return to this place and I'll also be sure to tell everyone I know that uses a laundrymat that they shouldn't go there either.
The only laundry mat we will ever go to in this town. Good clean owners. Does have the drop off option if you don't have time to do your own laundry. Affordable washers and dryers and plenty of them. Good at leaving instructions everywhere so you don't feel the need to ask 100 questions. Def recommend.
This place has a large selection of washers (top and front loading) and dryers, and i have not seen ANY of them listed as out of order in the year ive been going there. Restrooms are locked overnight, so be forewarned. Free wifi and tv. Safe and not busy overnight.
All machines work perfect and are digital. Very organized Laundromat. Environment is very clean and well maintained. Parking seems to always be available and the parking lot is very clean. I spoke with the owner and the staff member on duty, they are very kind. Handicap accessible. Everything is one floor. They offer laundry drop off services and dry cleaning. This Laundromat is perfect and I will be back again. ✌😎
Billed for services not provided. Came in for the wash and fold service which was $60. Due to snowstorm and an hour lunch for the employee I offered to dry it and not to worry about the cost as long as I could get the clothes folded when he came back. I was willing to pay $60 for a wash, I dry, they fold. Employee called the owner who said to knock of $20, great. I paid $40 for the wash and fold with me drying. I paid $5 for the drying. Dryer ended cycle a little after employee came back. I asked for assistance folding as discussed twice but was told that he had trouble folding too and not to worry about it. I asked again when he came around and he replied no and then avoided me for the next 30 minutes or so of me folding -- which I had already paid for. I paid $40 for a washer cycle and $5 for a dryer cycle. I had been using the wash and fold with no issues since October. I folded all the clothes and went back to the hotel -- which I would saved a ton of money using over Wash-A-Teria. Entire issue could have just been resolved by saying service wasn't available that day. The only difference from what actually happened would be me saving $30-35 and about 20 minutes of conversation that didn't need to happen deciding. I even said it's okay if it can't be provided due to weather up front but was told by the employee he'd make it happen.
This is a great place. The staff is very friendly. It’s always nice and clean. Someone is always around. If you need them for assistance, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I thank you for all you do and I thank you for having a clean and safe environment for people can come and wash their clothes in peace.
