The Columbus Laundromat

I have used this laundromat several times and have made requests/complaints to management when present about appliances not working properly— in this instance getting hot. They proceeded to put a note on the dryer the last time and this time was the same issue. I’m giving one star because I think it is highly inappropriate for customers to spend and waste their time and money on appliances that were complained about before to be fixed and allowing people to use it and it still not be fixed. I don’t know the lady’s name, but I asked her for a sticky note and tape to write my own note because I may as well write a note if the one she writes isn’t going to fix the issue. I don’t mean to be ugly but please be considerate of others.

I just want to say that I'm happy that you guys open a laundromat here in Barnes road I just moved here in Grand Terrace I'm just like 2 minutes away.I spoke to Sarah she's a nice sweet lady thank you very much

Great place to do laundry if you have to use a laundromat. It's always attended and they will do your laundry for you. It's typically always clean.

The lady that's works on Sunday was very rude. I told her about dryer not working properly and she replied I'm not giving your money back.i wasn't asking I was just letting her know so she could get it looked at.but I've never had a problem till today so I won't be coming back while she's working.how rude

Lot of machines, most in good working order, many different sizes. Also sell soap and change quarters.

I watched a white lady treat a young man very rudely at this laundromat, The young man said that he was having an asthma Attacked she threatened to call the police on him because he stopped and sit Because he was getting sick

I didn't have any problems with using anything, or with anyone while I was there doing my laundry.

Had used this laundromat on several occasions while we were in columbus for 5 days trying to keep my granddaughter in clean clothes , on the last day we were there we took my grand daughter to the park right around the corner, she had to use the restroom and I remembered that the laundry had one and it was super close. After on the way out, the lady working there started raising her voice at my daughter and grand daughter, telling them it was not a public bathroom. Give me a break, and she is 6, and you are going to raise your voice at a child. also you don't know who your customers have been. Maybe she should not be working with people, obviously does not know how.

For the most part this is a decent laundromat. Except for the older black lady, she is as rude as they come. I pulled up with the intent of dropping some laundry off. She's sitting outside on the bench talking and smoking a cigarette, I walk through the door and put my basket on the scale and she taps on the window shaking her head no! I ask her if I could please drop my laundry off and she says very rudely "yea, when I get in there!" So I got got back in my car and left! I won't be going back unless I know the other lady is working. I've heard the same from other people, just haven't experienced it myself...until today! She shouldn't be working in the public, definitely not a people person!

It's a good place to wash your clothes but I advise you to not go when it's really packed
