I visited on Sunday. And even though it was busy I was able to get my laundry done e in half the time it usually takes. The washers even cleaned better than another laundromats. The dryers did an amazing job, other places I would have to split loads and take up double the dryers and pay for over 10 minutes longer just to do what was done. It saved me over 70% over the other laundromat. The couple that run it are constantly cleaning and always willing to help. I will be back!

I needed a laundromat because my dryer broke; I wanted a nice place to go so of course I looked to google reviews and Cambell Street Laundromat had stellar reviews for cleanliness and helpful staff. I was not disappointed in my choice! One of the owners, Jill, greeted me as soon as I came in the door. I told her I’d never been here before and she gave me a thorough run down of all the machines. I thought it was pricey at first until I realized I fit into one machine what would have taken probably 6 loads at home. I’ve never seen a washing machine so big that was in a hotel or something. The dryer was even bigger! Probably one of the coolest features is you can pay by app; no quarters necessary (unless you want to). Super convenient. The place is spotless; I have been in some sketchy laundromats across the country and Cambell Street is by far the top of the list! I highly recommend Cambell Street Laundromat; if my machines ever break down again I’ll be coming back here. It’s nowhere near where I live; there were closer ones but I will make the trip here. Thanks for being such a great help Jill, you run a classy establishment!

I stopped in at Cambell Street Laundromat after my dryer broke over the weekend. I had just one clean load of laundry that needed to be dried. I noticed a sign on the door stating “No drying only,” but I thought I’d kindly ask anyway given the situation. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with was not friendly at all. She gave me a firm “no,” insisting they didn’t know if my clothes were clean—even after I explained my situation. I understand businesses have rules, but a little kindness and flexibility go a long way. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome, and I will not be returning.

Jill is amazing. Bright, clean space with 20, 40 and 60 lb machines and plenty of dryers. There is a grocery, Arby's and Taco John's within walking distance for a quick trio while you're waiting. They also have laundry service if you want to drop off at $1.75 per pound. I will be back. 🙂

The workers and the owners are always polite and very helpful with any questions. Even the people repairing the machines were polite and kept areas cleaned up to access the working machines.

Wonderful and friendly staff, lots of machines and options to use for loads of all sizes. Machines are also pretty fast, finished wash and dryer load before some can even fold all their laundry. Don't know average pricing but I spent less than I was expecting to for how much laundry I brought in! Highly recommend for anyone.

The lady at the front desk was very polite. All the washers smelled good and it wasn’t gross in there. I’ve been to many laundromats and this is the best I’ve been to

I walked in to do my laundry and went to the atm machine to get cash. The lady working immediately asked me if I needed something and I said no I was getting cash to do my laundry. I had already brought my soap etc in. Then I went to get quarters from the change machine and she asked me if I was washing and I said yes as soon as I get change, she said well I just want to make sure. This all happened within a matter of seconds, she didn’t even give me time to start doing anything. I think she was afraid I was just there to get change or something, but instead of allowing me time to get started she just assumed I was just getting change. Made me feel super uncomfortable and if there had been another laundromat open today I would’ve gone somewhere else. Will definitely not be back.

It was pretty good. They had a clean house and I definitely got my moneys worth. They had friendly people and a vending machine which was kinda cool.

Machine didn’t rinse and only had 3 towels in the load. Tons of soap left after complete cycle and my softener hadn’t been dispensed. I alerted the attendant who said I must have put in too much soap, I must have overloaded it, and it was my fault. I moved my items to another washer and paid an additional $3.50 to have them rinsed thoroughly. Machines are filthy. Treated like a criminal for choosing to spend money there. Whole place is a disgusting mess.
