Horrific customer service. Spent 10 minutes when dropping off explaining which clothes I wanted dry cleaned versus laundered. Had to go so far as to separate them different counters. When I picked up they had screwed the entire order up and the woman who was not even present when I dropped off kept insisting I had told THEM wrong. They damaged some very expensive shirts…beware of this business. They were very expensive and I went there only for convenience…

Park Meadows Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning my wedding dress. I wore the dress during my beautician's consultation and got a makeup ring along my neckline. Park Meadows had no problem getting that out and making the dress look beautiful again. When I came to pick the dress up, the associate went above and beyond and even carried the dress out to my car. I have a two-door small sedan, so loading it was somewhat difficult. But he made sure the dress was hooked in the back and laid flat to keep it from wrinkling. What excellent customer service! I also dropped the dress off after our wedding. It had several stains, but they managed to get all of them out. I also had a belt that was tack-stiched on, which they had to remove before cleaning. The dress looked great with no signs of damage from removing the belt. Turn around time was also super fast (just one week). And he helped me load the dress in my car again! I also ordered a storage box for the dress, which they included it at a very competitive price. Overall, I highly recommend this cleaner for wedding dresses!

I gave them my family and my suits before a new year’s party with only 24 hours notice, and offered to add a nice tip if they could make it happen. They understood the assignment. I was able to get the suits for me and my family ready for the event the next day. It was clean and pressed very nicely, we couldn’t have looked nicer at the party. Nice people, who understand the needs of their customers. Highly recommended!

I called around to at-least 10 different cleaners to get my wedding dress cleaned - park meadows cleaners was the only place to offer me a reasonable price and have a fast turn around. They were SO incredibly friendly from the moment I dropped everything off to picking it up less than a week later. My dress looks amazing (considering how trashed the bottom of it was!) so happy to have found my new favorite cleaners!

I came here 1/9/17 to pick up my dry cleaning. I noticed their sign advertising alterations, I asked how much they charge and the lady told me to bring my item in so she could take pictures to send to the seamstress because she works from home. On 3/14 I called the shop and asked if the seamstress happened to be in and an American gentleman told me she’d be in at 1pm. When I brought my item in at 2 pm, the lady pointed at it and asked me, “How much you charge for this?” I responded, “That’s why I am here, to find out.” She went to the computer for a moment and then told me that they don’t do alterations. I told her what the man told me on the phone and she said the man was confused. “But the last time I came in here you told me to bring my item in and that you’d take pictures to send to the seamstress.” She just kept repeating that they don’t do alterations. But she also said that the seamstress doesn’t come to the shop, that they send their alterations TO someone. I told her that was fine and asked who they send it to so I could send it to them. She said it would be cheaper for me to go to shop that says alterations in their name. I told her I didn’t mind paying extra because this shop was close to me. She also pointed to the mirror and said that sometimes people try on pants and someone measures them. (Sounds like alteration…) She didn’t appear to understand what I was asking, kept repeating herself, and said conflicting things, she began to get agitated and spoke to me rudely even thought I stayed calm and patient. They advertise alterations, I was told there would be a seamstress in, she said they measure people in the store and that they send clothes to a seamstress to be altered, so what’s the deal? There was definitely a language barrier, and I included the dates so the shop can be aware of who I spoke with.

I give them a one star because I dropped off a couple pants and shirts to get clean and buttons fixed. When I got my clothes back, drove all the way back home. Come to find out my pants are not clean and buttons were not fixed. I brought it back to explain it’s not clean and buttons not fixed. They refuse to clean the pants but fixed the buttons and charged me extra to fix them.

I recently went there and had an awesome experience! they were all very professional and friendly. They did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend!

New management must be a lot better than the old management. Got our down comforter cleaned here and they did an amazing job quickly and affordably.

Good people, great service at reasonable prices. When something is not right, they'll make it right. Have been going here for over 4 years now and they're great.
