The machines that work, work well, the attendant was very friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of seating and areas to fold. It wasn't crowded at all on a Friday at 5 pm. However, the broken machines aren't marked as broken, so if you're fortunate enough that the attendant is there and and paying attention, they will warn you when you start putting clothes in a broken machine. If you aren't fortunate, you find out when the machine fails or won't start (after you've paid). After the largest washing machine failed during the rinse cycle, leaving my clothes soaking wet, I had to re-wash them in two smaller washers (at a total cost of $17.25 in addition to the initial $11.75 on the broken machine), and the attendant reimbursed me for only $10 of the cost at first, but eventually gave me an extra $5. I also lost $1 to one of the broken dryers, but didn't bother to report it.

I actually been here early on Monday before the worker came in and it was a mess i had to sweep and throw away stuff from on top of the washer but it has also been dirty when the female worker is there so she could do better and not just try to bring dirty mop water out like she really about to mop. It would be wonderful if the card things on the washer & dryer actually work only a select few work and that’s convenient when you don’t have no coins. The top where everyone puts there detergent in could be clean every once in a while it just pale of other laundry detergent. & the few broken dryers need to get fix

Today was my first time trying out this laundromat and I REALLY like it! They have washers in all sizes and the dryers are huge and fast drying! They even offer "same day" wash & fold services as well. It is really clean but my favorite part of this place is that their machines take card payments as well as coins! So convenient!!! Keep up the great job guys!!!

This use to be such a great place to do your laundry. Unfortunately it’s not anymore!, my last 4 visits I see it’s gradually going down hill. Today, first thing in the morning it’s filthy another customer started to sweep. To top it off with each visit, being able to use your debit/credit card feature is broken. At first 1 or 2 machines a few weeks back, now 90% of the washer AND dryers are change only as the card feature is broken. I don’t carry cash so what an inconvenience to have to leave in order to get cash because there was also no one working here today. I have driven from Marietta for the last 2 1/2 years faithfully to wash here because it was clean & kept up nicely. This will more than likely be my last wash there.

SUPER CLEAN. This is the best laundry mat I’ve seen in years. Seriously. Nice, neat & spotless. The agent on duty helped me with my laundry & the owner was professional with great customer service. They have options for same day wash/fold & the detergent/cleaning supplies are affordable; I visit here often & would highly recommend it to anyone !! (Also they sanitize & wipe down the machines in between uses) . I love it!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I live in the area and there are a bunch of laundromats near me but I only go to this one. Staff is friendly. The place is always clean. I’ve heard that other places that aren’t clean can track illness when washing clothes but I’ve been coming here for over a year. I’ve trusted their machines here. You would have to bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. I really like this place.

Recently my dryer stopped working and I remembered a new laundry not far from me in Dunwoody. I absolutely love this place! All washers and dryers are set up for credit card and makes it so easy. You can use quarters or credit card. Nice, clean and the staff so courtesy 👌🏾 …

Mike and his staff are great natured people who understand what makes a great laundromat. - The interior space is clean and the machines are in fantastic condition. Services and products are appropriately priced and product availability includes a variety major brands. -Numerous parking opportunities on-site and nearby. -Washing machines accept Tap-to-pay, Apple and Google Pay, Debit or credit, or even traditional coins. On-site change machines accept 1, 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills.

I’m really glad I had stumbled upon this place, the overall experience was pleasant. The place itself is extremely clean and inviting, the machines are really up to date with both credit card or coin option, reasonably priced, location is great. The owner was super friendly which was really nice, took the time to get to know you, hi Mike! Will definitely be coming back.

This place is really in a good spot on Winters Chapel rd. Just meet the owner, very personable, and friendly. Top of the line washers and dryers at a VERY AFFORDABLE price. Just washed and dried two King size comforters, clean and dry for $8.50. Couldn't beat that in Decatur. Try this place out 2 THUMBS UP!
