Hollywood Coin Laundry

The attendant was not helpful and she was very rude. I was there this morning from about 6:30am until 8am. I informed her one of the big washers ($8.00) was not operating properly. I told her that the detergent did not go in the the load. She told me that there was no out of order sign on it. I told her I know but why was wondering why there was no soap in my laundry when I put in the laundry detergent compartment. She just looked at me like and said that it's already going through the cycle. I asked her can I get my clothes rewashed and she basically said no. I then asked if I can I at least get some laundry detergent in the next part of the cycle. She told me that she can only give me one cup and I said for that exlarge loads and she walked away(rude!) I thought, maybe she was going to get the detergent so I waited a few minutes ans watched my clothes not get washed properly. I look around the corner and saw that she was at front desk. I asked for the detergent again and she reluctantly told me that I was only getting one cup. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked for the owner's information and she told me to look it up, just rude! Once the load was done, my clothes were not washed properly and the same water that was in the laundry detergent compartment was still there.

Do not recommend. After moving my stuff to 3 different dryers I wasn't offered a refund. More than half of my clothes were wet as I left. I used 3 dryers during that visit - there's no maintenance! I was blamed for my clothes being wet! Go somewhere else! Bathroom stinks, the lady mops the floors with dirty water!

I really liked the place. Very friendly and helping employees, it's clean and comfortable there. I lacked one quarter and the employee gave it to me! It was so, so nice of her!

Place is clean has A/c machines all work not expensive amazing place

Machines are a 50/50 if they work, and never labeled so good luck getting your money back cause you'll just get a "it was working before, you must have did it wrong" or "I don't know manager not here". That her manager is just shopping and she refuses to bother her. Forced me to bring my clothes home wet because I didn't have extra cash on me and she refused to give $2.

Every time I come to this location I get a women with a nasty attitude. I tried to exchange dimes for quarters to wash my clothes and the woman working told me she could only give me $1. I wouldn't advise anybody that's not Spanish to patrioze this business. I'm not one to pull the race card, but the service I've received at this location has been horrible for the last 7 months. After today, I will never use this place again.

Put my clothes to dry after washing and gave it 40 mins, when i came back to the machine is completely open with my personal belongings legitimately hanging out? And the worker was standing literally 8 feet away, she then states that the machine kept opening BY ITSELF because of the “big” amount of clothes i put in, this was only 2 sheets and 2 pairs of clothes, she told me she had just closed it before i arrived but the machine was completely cold and my items soaking wet (the dryers here get extremely hot and her supposedly closing it couple minutes before i have arrived, it would have still been pretty hot) ive been here for 30 mins now watching the dryer and it hasnt opened not once… what a coincidence 🤔🤔🤔.

In the last couple of years, this laundry place has gone down hill, and it has gotten dirtier and not maintained. Most of the machines are out of service and broken down. I came the other day and it was just chaos with a lot of people trying to get machines.

We went here because they have the BIG washers. Which once we started our wash in the 2 of them, that is 8$ each, and the 2 washers are next to each other, noticed that one washer does pre wash and the other doesn't. So one load sat and washed in dirty water and we told the attendees her answer was some have pre wash some don't. We asked where does it say that, she says it doesn't. Then asked for another wash she would not give us the 8 dollars to wash it again..if you go here don't use washer number 4.. we will not be going here again and keep in mind you will not know what washer has pre wash and which don't because they will not put up a sign and then just take your money and basically say oh well..

I used a machine and added detergent and fabric softener but for some reason when I went to start the machine, it wasn’t working & I lost $3.75 when I told an employee the problem, they said there’s nothing can do for me.
