I have been going to KEI Cleaners off and on the last 10 years. I have a black tie wedding at the end of this month. I wore a black floor length gown to one of my sister's weddings quite a while ago and since then have some "enhancements" to my body. I needed a solution and the wonderful tailor and owner came up with one! A beautiful corset back and it fits like a glove! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY DRESS!!! 💓

They used to do good work, however, I stopped coming here when they ruined a down jacket of mine. It was a $200 Tommy Hilfiger jacket that was nice enough to wear to formal events. When I complained the owner just took the jacket in the back and had her husband spray it with a lot of febreze. She just gave me a $5 discount and only because I had protested this incompetent resolution. I know that dry cleaners carry insurance for this kind of thing, however, she obviously didn't want to file a claim. Rather than compensate me in a fair way she preferred to have a dissatisfied customer and keep her insurance premiums low. Now, I take my cleaning to the dry cleaners up the Street across from the Lincolnwood police department.

Family has been coming here for many years. Always does a wonderful job with fair prices. Little Korean lady is always so sweet. They do alterations as well. Support small & local businesses!
