Triple Clean Laundromat

I needed a 24 hour laundromat and was referred to Triple Clean. The place was very big, plenty of washers and dryers in several different sizes, convenient parking and friendly staff members working at all hours. I'd recommend this laundromat for any time of day but it was great finding a nice 24 hour place nearby.

I have been going to this laundromat for years, The owners are mad cool, but for the past few times I started going on midnight so it would be less crowded, but lately during Midnights specially tonight, Saturday 2.9.2024 this is what I saw the floor was a mess, kids playing soccer in the middle of the laundromat ( Check your cameras if u don’t believe me), a young lady using one of your big dryer as her own personal bed as she sat and lay down on it (That’s why your dryers breakdown), another kid playing basketball with your carts and throwing the ball in the machines, another young lady washed about 20 pairs of sneakers on your washer and couldn’t careless if there was a sign of “No Sneakers” on Washers… This is places starting to get bad and the staff who watches the place at night could careless and doesn’t say anything to the parents / or whoever for their kids to stop… You guys needs a big SIGN that’s says THIS IS NOT A PLAYGROUND AND NO BALLS OR RUNNING AROUND ALLOWED” also “ NO SITTING OR LAYING IN THR DRYERS” Check the pictures for proof! HORRIBLE!!

This place has gone through an upgrade with Electrolux HE washers and dryers, new folding tables, added sinks and payment card. Staff does a good job of keeping the place clean, some better than others. 1/2 price wash 12am-5am best time to go also as it's less crowded.

If I can give this place is ZERO star I would have based on what I witnessed today. While washing my clothes, I saw this lady come in with over 6 doggie beds and they smell AWEFUL. The doggie bed had doodie stains, urine and a bunch of dog hair everywhere. The customers closest to this lady was all complaining about the smell. I immediately went to the workers to let them know what was happening and told them this is against your store policy according to the signs all over. Instead of stopping her, they all looked and saw her putting the doggy beds into the washers. All they ssid was they will contact the manager who was not at the location. I WAS MORTIFIED. WTH !!! She continued to load her funky dog beds and although we all complained nothing was done. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Shame on those workers. This explains why their washers are always filled with a horrible stench. This place needs to do a much better job regulating and upholding rules.

A great place to do your laundry! Always clean, great deals, and friendly staff - day or night. Experienced an issue with my laundry card and was helped by one of the managers, Mike, right away. He provided me with a quick and helpful solution so that I could continue doing my laundry without further delay. This 24hr spot is a gem for sure! Thanks Mike!

I used to enjoy coming here late night to get my laundry done without all the people, but I WILL NOT BE BACK! Literally dead bedbugs inside the screen on the washing machine. Complete turn off and scary that they aren’t doing full machine cleanings everyday.

The place is good with reasonable price for laundry. They have deals if you go after 12:00 AM at night

I love that they have more than enough available parking however, it’s packed during the afternoons. And especially on the weekend . But around midnight they have a sale and they also have a sale Tuesday and Wednesdays. A heads up: You can’t use change here you have to get issued a card to use for the laundry machines themselves. Which you then load with your money to use. Of course if you use a debit or credit card they charge a fee. Kids definitely do create a mess regardless of staff orders at times. The staff is friendly but definitely at times do look tired themselves. This business does run 24/7 . The ladies at night are wonderful people and I enjoy coming here at night during the week definitely don’t run into huge groups after midnight and I always catch them right when they are cleaning the machines . They do have bathrooms to use here, vending machines available with fabric softener, Clorox, tide and other brands but on the pricey side so I would advise to not forget anything lol. They also do personal laundry here and have entertainment games for kids.

I came back an hour later and saw my clothes was moved out of the washer into a cart. A lady told me the attendant moved my clothes out of the washer. I feel they should have used another available washer, instead of moving my clothes out of the washer without me being there. Unless I'm paying for dry cleaning service they shouldn't be touching other people's clothes and moving it out when there are other available washers to use.

Never again. It wasn't the roaches, the mosquitos, gnats or humidity... How about having to wash my clothes twice because 1. There was no hot water & 2. The washers left behind a mildew smell on all my clothes. I figured an hr in and out... been here 2hrs already and as a person on the spectrum, everything about this place angers me. Blew my budget by double... now I have this ridiculous card I will never use again.

The laundromat is great to clean clothes but always feels like there are children constantly running around and in between people. Any staff that are typically there don't say anything. Have occasionally seen small dogs too but that's not as bad as the children running.

Best laundromat that's opened 24 hrs. Has special rates on wash during certain days & times - saves a lot of money. Clean with various size washers & drivers. Machines do not accept cash, must get a card from dispenser and add money (cash/debit/credit).
