Sad to say I am extremely disappointed on the last service I recived. I normally take my slacks and polo work shirts and they come out okay. I decided to take them 4 of my 501 Levi jeans two of them where pretty much brand new and the other two I worn them a few times but still is like new condition. The condition I got them back was devastating, especially the new ones, they now look like 3 years old pair of jeans. I have to purchase new ones now, keep in mind these jeans are 80 dollars each. Will not be going back.

Royal Cleaners always does a great job. My clothes come back looking sharp and well cared for. Prices are fair and the service is quick. It’s nice having a place I can count on every time.

Absolutely Amazing! They removed black dye from this beautiful blouse! Wonderful, friendly service. Very much worth the half hour drive from my home.

I would not recommend coming here. This is the second time I’ve been. The first time the clothes didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned/pressed but I decided to give it another chance. I dropped off a white dress, another dress, and a suit (blazer/skirt). The white dress has a stain on it from a purse I had worn. I was not told beforehand that it would be difficult/impossible to get out. The dress was returned to me with the stain still there, the fabric noticeably worn out/discolored in that area from where they tried to remove it, and I still had to pay full price for the cleaning! Even after asking about it. The suit was completely unpressed, so I will not come back because it seems every time I come here I just have to take it to another cleaner to get the job done correctly.

They did a great job steaming the wedding dress but I should've asked for the price before. 😱It cost almost 300 dollars for a very simple lace wedding dress that was only dirty from the bottom. They did a very good job though!!! …

This business is AMAZING. Amy (& crew) were kind, accommodating, caring, supportive, & FLEXIBLE. They let me bring my wedding dress in (last minute!) to have it pressed & it was done in LESS THAN 24 hrs! It looked GREAT & didn't cost me an arm & a leg - right before my wedding!! Gracias!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :-)

They did a great job. They I promised to have my close by Friday. They were ready by thursday, very friendly people behind the counter
