Spin City Laundry

Wasted $30 and 4 hours of my time only to end up taking my clothes home still wet. Now I’m having to hang them throughout my apartment to air dry. The machines may look nice but in terms of functionality, the dryers are garbage. (This is the Tower Road location)

My husband and I travel for business and we use Wash and Fold services regularly. The service here was the best we have ever seen. Elonda was fast, personable and efficient and we have never had our clothes returned to us so cared for. They almost look new again!

I went in on 1-20-24, to wash my large blanket the place is pretty new. The machines are new and clean attendant was helpful. No quarters needed you buy a $1 plastic debit card and load money on it. 5 start super clean.

The weekday attendant, Elonda, runs a very clean establishment. All of the equipment is wiped down and sanitized daily. Elonda is friendly and outgoing, always greeting patrons with a smile, sometimes a story, and even a willing ear to listen. The laundromat wasn't so nice a year or so ago, before things turned around with some staff changes and upgrades. Five out of five for convenience and value.

When my washer went out on me, I decided to check out Spin City! With their MEGA machines and ease of use, I was able to wash and dry SIX loads in an hour! Friendly staff member, Elonda, that offered assistance with a smile, access to purchase laundry essentials, and several methods of payment available. They even have drop off and delivery services, which could come in handy. Recommend and will use again for large loads or just a future catch up laundry day!

I had a queen comforter that needed washing and came to Spin City at Tower Laundry today. It was incredibly clean clean and had lots of choices in the way of washers and dryers but better than that I met Elonda who offered me courteous assistance and educated me on the best size of washer and dryer to use. She offered the best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere. I hope the owner knows she is a Gem!

Elonda is always on the job anything we need or bathroom she there.Always cleaning up. Making this place look better. That's a 5 star. ***** The 3 star is because the price went up 2.25 that is crazy and not good. This will chase people away especially where the spin city on tower road is. This is absurd. Lower the price. Keep it affordable.

Coming to the tower road location for the first time and encountered Elonda! She was a breath of fresh air. I needed to wash a large area rug and didn’t have the faintest idea what I was doing. She was patient and pleasant and assisted me. This is what the world needs, more people with a good attitude and willing to assist. Thank you Elonda, you made my stressful situation BETTER‼️

Great first-time visit to have king-size comforter and shams laundered. I opted to leave the load with attendant Elonda rather than DIY because of time constraints. Elonda was very pleasant, engaging, and conscientious about the need for delicate handling of the material during the drying process. Spin City is lucky to have team members like Elonda.

I would have left a zero review if I could have. In the middle of buying a card to do my laundry.The attendant cuts the machine off causing me to have to wait almost twenty minutes to try to buy a card. Then because I'm not happy with the fact that she did that.She demands an apology and expects me to cowtow to her. Her incompetence is not my problem.

I've been going to Laundromats for over 40 years. This place is the best I've been too. Elonda is so helpful and she and her coworkers keep the place so clean. I love it! I feel like family there. Good people go to this place.
