My washer went out and while I was waiting on replacement I came here to do some self serve laundry. The attendant-Jennifer was so helpful as I had not used a laundromat since college :). The washer and dryer prices were reasonable and the location was clean. Will now be back whenever I need to wash my large bed linens as the machines were much faster than my home system even when it is working!
Washers often take twice payment. Dryers don’t dry even when paid for extra time just to have it done. Very clean place. Would not recommend having them do your laundry as you’ll go home with things missing. Convenient location is why I’m here trying them for the third time as 24 hours being open and cameras definitely is huge!
Attendant did a great job keeping machines & floor clean. I used quarters so I can’t vouch for the card readers. Machines were reasonably priced and washed and dryed well and quickly. There was only one out-of-order sign on a dryer. Will definitely be back.
You can’t use the bathroom unless an employee is there which is crappy, also I went to use a washer and there was dog crap in it. Ppl don’t care about others so be cautious when using the machines. Make sure you’re checking them before putting your own stuff in them.
Have only gone in the evening. Its been quiet, haven't felt unsafe and it's surprisingly clean for a 24 hour laundromat. There's never any carts tho, which definitely a huge inconvenience. Prices are a little high also.
I love every time I come in Jen has the laundromat smelling clean and looking clean You can tell the atmosphere is different when she is not there. She really connects with the customers. I personally think the washers are a little expensive but I like not having to Be forced to use quarters The cards are quite convenient
First time at this place today. It was a little busy but clean. Jen was amazing professional and tentative. PS. Bro you did leave your clothes in the dryer too long and unattended and three of us were waiting for open dryer. Your clothes simply got moved to keep the flow moving no big deal!!!
My go to place for larger loads but early mornings the floor is filthy, carts are locked away so you have to tote your laundry from the curb and the employees seem to work a weird schedule. The drink machine is forever taking your money. FYI bring your own beverage.
Deland is always clean and safe. I find the attendant Jenny is always so nice and helpful. She really goes out of her way to help people and makes sure it’s clean. I prefer this place over the other laundry places because of the wash and fold services.
The facility is clean I’ll give them that. But there’s NO quarter machine. How am I supposed to get extra quarters with my spare change to ensure the clothes get washed and dried thoroughly? & there’s NO BUSINESS TO HELP GIVE QUARTERS. Dollar store told me no, wok and roll next store said no. The gas stations won’t unless I buy something. The washer machines are a rip off. My apartment complex charges 2.25 a wash lid for a huge load and they charge $4 & UP?! Last year it was only 3 something for the smaller wash loads that is ridiculous for the load size. The only thing they offer is their card that you can use to put cash money dollars or your credit debit card but they need to get a quarter machine. With as much as they charge for their machines they can afford it.
