This here captain gives it the A OKAY. It's a fine little establishment with a good view (sometimes) and the facility is clean and smells nice. The employee (Hall) was nice, helpful and wiping down machines the entire time. Clearly the owners read the reviews, fired the last guy and hired someone better. No complaints here. And they have a really big CLOCK.

Super nice and clean facilities. Open on holidays. Beautiful view while waiting and restaurant in same parking lot. Wifi, chargers, tables to fold and also to work at. Takes debit/credit cards, coins and apple pay. Triple load washer truly holds three large loads.

The only place I will do my laundry! With recent upgrades to all their machines and a remodel on their facility, it makes for a pleasant and simple washing experience! Small load, medium load, large and extra large load machines makes washing super quick, just make sure you bring your pocketbook loaded cuz they are not cheap, but... you get what you pay for!

Unfortunately this business has become dirty and unkempt, I don't know why someone would have a great opportunity to be an entrepreneur and not take more pride in their business. The staff that were so nice and kept the place immaculate were replaced by rude employees that couldnt wait to close early, and now it seems there are no employees and it is filthy and automation is often out of order. A huge problem is that when someone happens to be there they prop open the door and allow all the nasty cigarette smoke to flood the building from the smokers outside the bar next door, or smoking in the parking lot while waiting on their laundry - it's intolerable, and unacceptable to expose patrons and their children to toxic secondhand smoke. Truly disappointed in the ownership and management of this laundromat.

Going downhill fast. Employees are rude and do not care. I'm assuming employee attitude is based on owner/ management no care attitude towards customers. Manager lacks any critical thinking, customer service, problem solving skills and simply does not care. At some point you will loose money and nothing will be done to make any situation right. Instead of showing any appreciation or dealing with any situation in a respectful way the owner/management will tell you to go elsewhere.They claim to be the only laundromat with clean washers in the area so they take advantage of lack of competition by treating customers like dirt. Washers stink. Floor is gross and bathroom stinks. Cardcreaders dont work. Laundry card machine usually broken. If you use debit card they overcharge your card multiple times and do nothing about it. They simply have no regard for anyone that walks in the door....whether you spend $1 or $100 weekly it doesn't matter they will treat you like crap and will not fix any problem you encounter. If you say anything they act like you are asking them to do the impossible and you shouldn't ask them for a refund for money lost. You are the problem not the machines or facility and they could care less if they loose you as a customer...they encourage it.You will see recent positive reviews which is amazing considering the experiences I've had as well as witnessed other customers having over the last year. The place is filthy, washers stink, soap dispensers filthy, water smells like sulfur. ONCE AGAIN NO TP IN THE BATHROOM ON A SATURDAY MORNING..DIRTY FACILITY AS USUAL. I WOULD NOT PAY FOR WASH AND FOLD THIS PLACE DOESN'T CLEAN SOAP DISPENSERS

Lovely place! Clean, orderly and the employees are great! Best place to get laundry done.

Nice place to do laundry, New location on bay Street. Opens from 5 AM to 7:30 PM everyday.

Edit: After coming here for over a year I can say this laundromat has become a dump. The owner must think that she is the only laundromat for service around considering the price of use and the terrible attitude staff delivers towards customers and their job in general.Many of the machines that used to accept "laundry card" are now quarters only and have been for months. Why not post a warning next to the laundry card machine and secure a note on machine clearly that actually sticks to machine and doesn't fall off? Management clearly doesnt like cleaning as everytime we go there the soap bay looks like a clogged pipe. They have a bug problem so bad that I wouldn't be surprised if ants were having a party in the basement. Owner does not like customers. Half the time the card loader doesnt work which is interesting since that is their income. Vending machines take money without giving item resulting in a disappointment. Bathroom looks and smells like it was pulled from a club and toilet seems like it's running on hope's and dreams....word if advice...bring toilet paper as most likely there will not be any and staff is nowhere to be found. Washers and dryers smell like a cow farm, sometimes like death. They do not clean washers in a timely manner which results in clothes looking like they were pulled from a pile of fur. There is an extra charge to clean washer why not just include washer cleaning in price if staff isnt going to clean out washers? Honestly it's sad as it was a good laundromat until now and everytime we go here it gets worse and worse. Original Review: Very nice laundromat...I've traveled to Tacoma for a few years and will now be going to Port Orchard for my weekly laundry needs. Awesome machines/efficient/effective, clean environment and very nice staff! Laundry is much cleaner using Mrs Sparkles machines!

This is my favorite laundromat. Super clean. Go at the right time and you can avoid crowds. Usually i get my laundry done in the off time of the early to mid afternoon... tonight I had a sort of laundry emergency (pet related) and had to go at 6. Google says they close at 8 so I figured if I rushed i could get in and out. The attendant had everything sparkling and it smelled very pleasant inside. The floors were spotless and each machine was tidy. Attendant was very patient as someone came in and started a wash at 730. Big thank you to the attendant for keeping it neat, and having a great attitude even though some of us came later in the evening.

This is my go-to laundromat from now on!! Finally gave up on my trashy hometown laundromat in Belfair, WA. This place was apparently totally redone not long ago and it really shows. My first thought is that this place is too expensive, but it's really not. The "regular" size washers are all triple load which easily fit 2 of my loads without overfilling. The dryers are absolutely gigantic! Without overfilling I fit 3 loads in 1 dryer and they work so efficiently that you have to put little to no extra money in to get your clothing dry! There are several options on how to pay on the machines which make it so convenient. The bathroom is super clean and kept supplied. Sitting counters along the big windows with plenty of plug-in's for your accessories while you wait. There is an attendant for a time during 2 times of the day. Drop off laundry by the pound if interested. The view is fantastic! Sinclair Inlet is directly across the street with walking area along the water. Back into your parking spot and enjoy the view right from your vehicle. I haven't tried them yet, but there are 2 places to eat super close. The Blue Goose Tavern is just a couple of doors down & opens at 8am serving breakfast and Hi Tide Bar and Grill just to the left across the street. You just can't get a much nicer place to do a chore that most of us hate especially when you have to drive somewhere to accomplish.
