Great place and super reliable! They are very professional and always find a way to accommodate me when I need things cleaned on short notice. Prices are reasonable as well.

I use them on a weekly basis for my suits and shirts and they always have a fast turnaround time, do wonders for keeping my white shirt collars clean, and have great prices that I never think twice about having to drop stuff off to them.

i'll start off with the upside - maria is great. the quality of the work is good too. the issue is that they returned my order with 1 shirt that wasn't mine. the neck size was a 16.5, every other shirt in the order was a 15. maria said that she would talk to the owner and get back to my the next day. the next day, nothing but crickets... i called after a few days, as not to be a pain, but the short of it was that they could not find my shirt and only offered a "cleaning credit", not the value of a lost shirt. i am disappointed.

First Impression Dry Cleaning is the best! Marc and his team are super professional and even got my suit dry cleaned for me when i was in a pinch for time. They also send you updates via text message which is super helpful ! Clothes always come out amazing. Thank you guys!!

So happy we have a local dry cleaner again! THE BEST customer service! They are my go-to shop for all things Dry Cleaning and Alterations. And they are environmentally conscious as well - so that's a huge plus! Friendliest owner around - he's like a Cary Grant/James Bond hybrid - without the gun of course. Highly recommend.

Most convenient dry cleaner in New City. Love the location of this place, it's on the way to the Palisades highway with a bagel shop next door. The staff isn't just cute, they're friendly and nice, even when it's busy. Service is great and reliable, I haven't had any problems. Parking is easier than the bigger and more crowded lots on Main Street and they will come out and help you bring things in and out and they deliver. I'm very satisfied overall, this is definitely my new dry cleaner.

I was at johns bagels and I saw that the new First Impression dry cleaner had recently opened. I had some clothes in need of dry cleaning in my back seat and decided to give them a try. The interior was clean and comfortable. The staff was very respectful and used electronic notifications to let me know when my clothes were ready. This place was great and surpassed there other Rockland county competitors.

This is the best dry cleaners in rockland! I met Mark (owner) and he is the most accommodating and kind person. He makes the experience so easy. Never a mistake, never a problem. Everyone should use this as their dry cleaners !

I'm so impressed by the owner Marc who went out of his way to stop by our home to apologize. He's awesome and I will be going back. BTW, it was never about the quality of work.
