Colonial Laundromat

Very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue that I've seen is sometimes there are washers and dryers left unattended and the clothes are there for hours sometimes overnight. Leaving those machines unavailable. I do like the fact that I don't need to use a ton of quarters because some of the machines do take credit or debit cards.

Used my last 5 dollars to do a small load. Figured I’d use a 3 dollar machine. Took a hold on the whole 5 so now I’m stuck with damp clothes I have to hang and hope they dry before I have to go to work. Thanks for that stupid crap. Made my morning. Just felt like ppl should be warned if you don’t have cash make sure you have extra on your card to do your laundry. Otherwise the stupid place is clean and quiet.

Has Apple Pay which is very convenient for me. Also this location is always maintained and clean. Wednesday mornings is less busy which is easy to get in and out.

BRIDGEPORT.....While the attendant sleeps in her car about 10:30 AM, after eating pizza..I look at the mess on the floor and all the bugs on the tables and washing machines! This is Joan's daughter..it was ALWAYS clean when Joan worked there. Maybe you need to hire someone that won't trash Colonial Laundromats name!! Also..the fan was infront pointed where she sits, when she's not sleeping in her car instead of pointed at the customers folding warm clothes from the dryers!! She was cleaning out her car when I left. I'm not going there again!!

Honestly, it's always there when I need it. It is clean and well lit. It's a family friendly environment. I have been there doing laundry alone and I have been there doing laundry when there was twenty people, I always feel safe. There are always machines available and I also feel that it's reasonably priced. Ample parking and wheelchair accessible as well as a clean restroom. It should also be worth mentioning that the folks in the Valley are very friendly and helpful as well, customers and employees alike.

Super fast dryers, came in clutch when my dryer at home decided tonight was the night it wanted to try to catch the lint trap on fire. It’s been an age since I used a laundromat, I had no idea the machines take Apple Pay and other contactless card payments. 10/10 would recommend, I was in and out in like 40 mins with two big loads of laundry to dry.

My washer and dryer where out of working order. Used the place for two weeks until my new appliances arrived. Fast and affordable. First time there was confusing, but everything is labeled.

The colonial by me is great but I called the main office and the lady was very rude did not have a pleasant voice at all. I was calling about a job and she sounded so disgusted to speak with me like how are you answering phones talking to people like that? Like I said my colonial is great but the Main Office needs some fixing because you can’t talk to people like that especially if there calling about a job opportunity.

Good amount of machines, not busy at all the few times I went. The machines can take card as well as contactless payment. They also have a cash to quarters machine which is nice.

These laundromats are very clean and located conveniently around Central and Western NY. The attendants are hard working and friendly. Facilities are kept clean and efficient for laundry needs. Recommended
