Colonial Laundromat

One of the challenges of #vanlife is that I don't have a laundry so I find them as I go. This week's stop was here and it was very good. Well lit, clean and plenty of easy parking. Clean and efficient, they have some very large washers and I was able to put all my stuff in just one. Not much to do while waiting but they do have a table to sit at and some benches. A half hour, then it was time for dryers. I split into three which makes it all go a lot faster. As things dried, folding and stacking before taking it all back out to the van to put it away. It's not cheap but I thought the prices were decent. Everything worked and there was enough room for folding on a clean table. I'd use this place again.

Tired of people off the streets taking over the long counter, lounging , sitting on it when patrons need it to fold laundry. Attendant sat in office on phone. This is happening more lately. My husband don't let me fo laundry alone because the Homeless are hanging out there all the time inside and out. They have cameras to watch what is going on and do nothing about it The sad thing I like going there because it's clean.

I don't usually give 5 stars. This place is great. Attendant who is friendly and helpful. I arrived at 8a on a Sunday and it was staffed. Apparently they have 1 from 11p to 7a. Bathrooms for people like me who need them. Clean! Small washers run 12 minutes on the wash cycle.

I was there yesterday doing laundry and for the first time left some sweaters kids hats baby cover for baby car seat and lots of rugs and misc !!!!!!!& one of my favorite dresses and a bunch of my daughters granddaughters hats all that needed to be air dried at home and then I realized I left a bunch of sheets4 my husband numerous medical conditions that he uses only and some bathroom and front door rugs also needing to be dried by our furnace not in the dryer just realized I left them all somehow which is a first for me as I went back three time to check all my dryers etc not sure how I missed these bags in a laundry cart ready to go out to my car so I just called and the attendant said no sheets were there no kids hats no dress I liked to ware and just a few rugs were still folded Iam so bummed someone came in and took what they could of ours maybe staff should be able to put items left after so many hours or a whole shift away in the back b4 the homeless come in to go thru our bags and take what they want ??? There’s numerous thrift shops in town and they can go there to get these for free and then they steal from people like us who once in a lifetime forget a few damp clothes to bring home to dry I feel staff should be aloud to place our bags in the back and keep them safe until we call once we realize there missing ???? We can’t afford to purchase these items again either and stealing is a sin I hope whoever took my our things appreciates and our thankful for the free handouts & if not to late seeks t the right thing to do ( ask the attendant to put them away until this person remembers what’s missing and and calls ) to pick them up when in town on the 2 Nd peace cc

For being a Laundromat, I've always loved this place simply for the patrons that I bump into and chat with. Staff is usually very friendly as well and the place is always clean. Nice central location as well. Thumbs up lol

Works great, big washers and dryers.

Very clean, well maintained, safe overnight, a bit overpriced. Sometimes a machine will eat a quarter. But sometimes a machine will start for free or add extra dry time for free. I can definitely count on receiving bonus dry time at least once EACH time I go. That’s consistent extra $0.25. I’ve had 6 quarters randomly eaten by washers over a 2 month period. I guess it all balances out. Police ride through parking lot at regular intervals and do sporadic interior walkthroughs overnight. So you don’t have to fear prowlers, junkies, or thieves if you’re doing laundry 3rd shift. In summer it’s unbearably hot inside. In winter, it’s actually great to do laundry there.

This laundromat is close by and has been great when we've had issues with our washer or dryer. Love the fact the upgraded to taking cards. Should vent heat out of interior. I myself and my wife are cardiac patients and heat can cause issues with cardiac and others with breathing problems.

Never had a problem here. Never crowded and people are always pleasant. Nothing was ever stolen either. Neighbors a pizza place so if you're hungry and don't want to wait you can get some good pizza.

Clean place. Nice large machines and a good price to get clothes clean. Would have given 5 stars but the parking area is very poor and no room

Came in after 5 pm although I didn't see any attendants the place was large ,clean , & just a few people ,no riff raff ,a pleasant experience at the end of the day ,only complaint was with no attendant had to pay an extra $2.50 to get $10 from atm ..would rate 4.5 if I could

I use this laundromat every year when I come into area on vacation. It is always clean and well stocked. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of washers and dryers of various sizes.
