Clean, orderly little laundromat. No staff onsite. There is a change machine here which accepts $1s, 5s, 10s, & 20 bills and provides quarters. Washers will take quarters or can be activated using Pay Ranger app (I have not tried this method). There is a vending machine which sells single use laundry products (Tide, fabric softener, etc) for $1.00 each. This machine takes quarters only. Wheeled laundry baskets and 5 folding tables available. There is also a small sitting area and free Wi-Fi available (the network password is posted on the bulletin board inside). As of 11-2024 prices are as follows: Standard, single-load washer (front-loader) = $3.25 4x Machine = $6.25 standard cycle or $6.75 extended cycle. The standard cycle (pre wash, wash, & rinse) took about 32-minutes total to complete. 6x Machine = $7.00 standard cycle or $7.50 extended cycle. $0.25 = 5 minutes of dryer time Overall, I found all machines to be in working order. Dryer lint traps were not too filthy and easy to clean yourself. I would 100% return here again and recommend this business.
Not the greatest laundromat. The machine I used in the front line was dirty and I could barely see the numbers on the front due to the big window. Dryer was full of hair. Not enough seating inside for people waiting. But it got the job done!
Had small issues with machine, owner showed up within 15 minutes and fixed issue. Very nice gentleman. Will definitely use this laundromat in the future.
Paying $6 for a double loader isn't bad at all. Machines work very well.
Not going back again. The washer that face the front window when you punch in what you wanna punch in on the washer. You know you wanna pick hot water, cold water warm water what kind of wash if you want a second rinse you can’t see it. The laundromat was clean and there’s cameras there so I felt safe just didn’t like the fact that I had to struggle and put my hand to one side of my face and cover up the glass on the front of the washer so I could see what I was punching in. That was a big struggle, the dryers were OK
Good amount of washers and dryers with varying sizes. The 4x washer was a little pricey at $6.25 i.m.o but I haven't been to a laundromat in 10+ years so it could be standard. The dryers you get 8minutes for 25 cents so you can adjust your drying time as needed
Are the reviews for this place a joke? I'm here tonight doing laundry for a friend and the floors are so disgusting I took pics just to prove it. Looks like they have never been cleaned! Yuck! The machines seem newer though so I gave it 2 stars. * I appreciated the response from the owner. I will give it another try.
Great laundromat; clean, quiet, well-appointed, good Wi-Fi and security. My only complaint is that I've frequently encountered washers/dryers that are out of service, but not labeled as such. As a result, I've wasted several dollars at a time putting quarters into machines that don't work. Otherwise, College Street Laundromat is Wadsworths best kept secret.
Compare this Laundromat to the one in Seville there is no comparison. This is super clean with newer machines and floors are clean. I highly recommend the college street Laundromat
I was going to leave 4 stars because the internet service was terrible but then i saw there was free wifi with a great signal 😂 it’s very clean in here, machines look new. Grateful they were open the day before thanksgiving when my dryer went out. …
