It was the first time using this dry cleaning. They were very nice at the drop off. When it was discovered that one of the coats we had could not be dry cleaned they called right away! The order was completed on time and we received a text that it was ready for pick up. The pick up was easy and everything looks great. We will be back!!

If I can give 0 I will be happier than the only time they did service for me , they did terrible service on my suit I think they didn't even wash it. I recommend Julian's dry cleaning to learn from Chinese dry cleaners they are very good and professional. They wash and ironing very very well and the way they put it on the cloth hooks they use special paper that they put in the cloth hook and inside dress and finally in a transparent plastic bag. Chinese dry cleaners also do very well cleaning and finishing on shirts and I like the way they give it to you they put special cardboard under the neck so that doesn't wrinkles it's something like a 2 inches under and around the shirt neck. NO MORE JULIANS DRY CLEANERS FOR ME . 0 STARTS FOR THEM
